Actualize Sports & Fitness is North Central Washington's premier performance enhancement training, health and nutrition, and mental achievement coaching center. We exist to educate, encourage and empower Actualize Sports (competitive athletes, teams & coaches) & Actualize Fitness (fitness enthusiasts of all ages & abilities) clients to actualize their unique purpose and potential in athletics, fitness, health and life.
Coach Blaine Davidson describes his purpose and mission, I am a catalyst for redemptive transformation and growth in the lives of others. My mission is to empower clients to actualize their purposes and potential in sports, fitness, health and life.
Since graduating from the University of Washington in 2000 with a B.A. in English Teaching, Blaine's vocational experiences include corporate management, real estate sales and consulting, small business ownership, non-profit management, and strength & conditioning coaching.Jennifer Smith, born and raised in Wenatchee, WA was a four-year letterman in soccer and track at Wenatchee High School.

In September of 2016, Actualize Sports & Fitness moved into a new state-of-the-art facility in Wenatchee, WA (1544 North Wenatchee Ave Suite 200). Our 3,500+ sq foot facility is North Central Washington's premier performance enhancement training, health and nutrition, and mental achievement coaching center.
Actualize members utilize MYZONE's MZ-3 physical activity belt-a Bluetooth enabled, heart-rate based effort tracking device. The MZ-3 provides you with immediate, motivating feedback on all of your physical activity by displaying your exercise progress and history via the free MYZONE app and on the Actualize TV screen while you are training.
Actualize Sports & Fitness strives to have a redemptive impact on the North Central Washington community and beyond. Actualize is unique in their approach with fitness classes and programs catered to each specific individual. If you have never set foot in a gym before, Actualize is the most welcoming and educational environment where you will instantly feel at ease. As a runner, weights intimidated me and I avoided the gym because of my lack of knowledge. You will learn a TON with no judgement and you will forget you ever had insecurities about going to a gym at Actualize. ALSO if you are a seasoned athlete or gym goer, Actualize will challenge you beyond what you thought possible, help you set goals and celebrate

I have attended Actualize as both a collegiate athlete as well as post career trying to find the “new normal”. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Jenny & Blaine through all of these phases. Actualize will meet you where you are and find ways to help you get better. They are GREAT at what they do; training and encouraging athletes at every stage, from the elite athletes to those of us that are on the other end of the spectrum. Encouraging every athlete, even those of us that may not think we qualify as an athlete, to be the best we can be, always moving forward. ❤
I just completed the 12 week challenge and I LOVED it!! I didn't realize how weak I had become. It was amazing to see the changes each week and the amount of strength I gained back.
I would highly recommend everyone tries the 12 week challenge. The staff are amazing, very knowledgeable and encouraging

Actualize Sports is an incredible place with the best coaches around! They build workout programs with a purpose and you are able to see a difference in your abilities and strength. The coaches have helped me modify workouts due to old injuries and motivate me to push my comfort levels. I am currently doing their postpartum program and it’s been wonderful finding my strength in this phase of life.

I love working out at Actualize! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The gym equipment is functional and well maintained. The atmosphere is one of support and kindness. I like knowing that the programming is designed for full body strength and performance, including building and maintaining safe practices and barring injury.
