2 bedrooms with 2 baths. Master bedroom has king bed. Second bedroom includes two queen beds. Combined living room and dining area with full kitchen. Corner-wrapped patio allows you to view the ocean from two sides, and the ground-floor location walks out directly toward the beach. You can go from the sofa to the ocean in mere seconds!

If you're planning a brief getaway you're out of luck here as the minimum stay at this place is 8 days, however, if you looking for an incredible family vacation spot then you're about to discover an amazing beach venue. All condos overlook the ocean. Open a window and feel the breeze, listen to the sound of waves crashing. Look at the beach and see pelicans, egrets, herons, sandpipers, more birds that you can count. Fish from the shore, swim in the ocean, play water sports or relax by the private pool. All this, close to Daytona, to saint Augustine, an hour from Orlando attractions.

Even have been coming here for over 35 years and specifically pay for ground floor so that we can utilize the patio … for the past 3 days of our vacation this has been our view all while listening to the wonderful sound of power tools in the background instead of oceans waves. The workers showed up and the managers made ZERO effort to find us and apologize. They happened to see us walked by the pool as they were going to celebrate a birthday and said “oh! You’re the ones in room ***, we’re so sorry about all that.” And that was the end of the conversation. The ONLY reason I’m giving
