If I could give this place no stars I would i've lived here for 5 years already and past managers have done a really goo job with rules and notice about rent. this new manager Jennifer that came in has just caused nothing nut problems she is always in a bad mood and not professional and is never wanting to help you out. She is very problematic when it comes to rules she yells at you and is very disrespectful and when it comes to the rent increase she doesn't even give you a notice and just charges you double in one single year its ridiculous.

Great place!
Excellent location.
A little crowded in the summer but hey look where we are!
Winter is very secluded!
No frills, hook ups with restroom and laundry room.
Going snowboarding tomorrow! Grateful this place is open year round

Great setting for an RV park. Nothing fancy, kind of tight places but the spaces are all pull-through so for even our 36' foot 5th wheel it wasn't difficult. No cable TV service, the internet was okay, but would fade from time to time. The only downside was having each space alternate directions - the space between RV's are pretty close so you're sharing a space about 8 -10' or so. This would be a great spot if you were travelling with family/friends and wanted to be door to door. Very nice staff at the park - very helpful and kind.

Not worth it. For as beautiful as sun valley is, this place is depressing af. If you want to stay in a parking lot owned by a private equity firm and pay $1200~/mo, then this is for you. You're better off just boon-docking in the national forest. 0/5 stars for this place contributing to ketchum's housing crisis.

Four stars because I have a hard time doing less. The parks was quiet and the staff was pleasant. The spots are way to close together and the wifi was horrible. The men's restroom only had one toilet and a shower that didn't lock.

Got to park with no one at check in desk. Saw note posted giving us our site assignment. Found the site…no water, power or sewer. Waited for someone to talk to, then told that they tell people about this being a “dry” site if reservations done on the phone but acknowledged our online reservations omitted that fact. It was 95 degrees outside…we needed power. They had no other sites available so referred us to an even crappier RV park 12 miles further out of town.
Besides the proximity to Ketchum, there’s not much good about this park. Sites are very close together. RVs have to often face

The spaces are very tight. When you put your awning out it will hit the RV next to you. There are no services.. Luckily it's close to town. It is a parking lot with hookups that's it. Someone needs to buy it and completely redo it.. Old and tired

I stayed at Meadows RV Park for a month which is hardly enough time to see 1/4 of what this area has to offer. Everyone here was wonderful. Jennifer was available to answer all my questions and was diligent about doing rounds to make sure everything was in order. Chris and Jared do a great job of taking care of the grounds and Perry was a super host! There was a day where we lost power and water which was unfortunate for everyone. The city required everyone to boil water before we drank it to be on the safe side. Perry walked around with notices and gave one to each of us or made sure it was attached

Amending this post - as I stated we’re new to RV’ing, I should have contacted park staff before posting a review . Jennifer at Meadows RV contacted me and explained the situation with the water, was very apologetic and offered to make things right. Although the spaces are tight I would return off season. I prefer space and a more camp like atmosphere however I’m learning most RV parks with hooks ups have smaller spaces.
Very tight spaces, our awning is literally 1” from our neighbors awning.
We’re new to RV’ing so we don’t have all the “gadgets” yet, unfortunately when we pulled

After living in the meadows for over 2 years I can say this has been ones of the best places myself and my partner have lived! Jennifer is great, and doing her best to accommodate not only the RV aspect but the mobile home aspect as well! It shocks me that someone posted saying the felt discriminated in regards to being LGBT as me and my Male partner have never felt this way, if anything we have felt MORE welcome!

You pull into odd site numbers facing one direction and even sites the opposite way. So neighboring RVs have their doors facing each other. When we made reservations they said we’d be next to our friends who also have an RV. (We made the reservations with one phone call.) That would have made the experience better. But our friends are a few sites down from us.
Our neighbors are also here with friends in a separate RV. They are next to each other but their utility sides face each other, not their doors.
There is a 7’ wide strip of patchy grass between the sites. On the door side should be

Much quieter than a KOA. No loud kids. Just some folks chillin mostly my demographic of middle age-ness.

Even though it's next to a freeway, it's still quiet. I didn't see all the signs that that one person posted and I would have probably been turned off by all the rules. We're all adults here and we respect their RV park.

They seemed to have spaced every other spot out during this stupid Covid thing so that's even better!

We go spot 38 which was near the bathroom but that's ok. It doesn't smell or not a ton of people using them. Clean bathrooms with showers

I had read the other reviews of how great the staff here was they must've quit their jobs. There is only one girl working now and she is very non-responsive we called left numerous messages never got a return call. Other RV'ers have pulled into the park while we have been here. Only 2 of 20 was able to get a reservation. Everyone else that we talked to didn't get any returned calls or emails. No one is in the office and no information posted as to how to contact mgmt.
She came by after we were parked to collect payment and give us her direct phone number as well as the codes

With no other RV park options in the Sun Valley area, this park is where you will likely end up. The good point is the great location just off US 75 right outside of Ketchum. The highway is maybe two hundred yards away, but there is very little traffic noise. The park has direct access to the bike trail that runs along the river and connects Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn. Checkin was great as the office texted us our confirmation, map and site location the morning of our arrival. We did not go to the office at all during our stay. The sites, however, are very narrow and you are extremely

Yes, the park is close to a road, but you also look out on a beautiful mountain. The staff was very friendly and gave us a great last minute spot. The bathrooms were clean. Would I want to stay for long? No, but was it an awesome spot for the night? It sure was, and ultimately it is you who creates the great experience around any camping site. Anyway. Thank you

By the way: Being able to let 'their' dog pee on 'their' grass that was around 'their' camping site!!!!
Just to be aware that 'your grass' will be 'someone elses' grass after you leave

If you literally want to just park your RV this is the place to do it. Right on the HWY. No shade. Buddy sights, yes you face your neighbor. Asfault spaces, no grass, blocks from river, mediocre restroom/shower. The only good thing about this park was Jennifer the on duty host/Mngr

Really clean RV Park but smaller park with wonderful staff

Downside there are hardly any shade spaces, close together, no camp store or lounge and don't sell propane. Bathrooms only accommodate one person and could be remodeled.

If you're a larger rig with awning you will be happy but for little trailer without awning it's hard to get out of the sun.

I am giving the Meadows 5 stars for location in one of my favorite places in the USA. It is close to the bike path which gives you access to a large portion of the Wood River Valley. The staff is friendly and demand that guests adhere to the rules designed to keep the park clean and orderly. Yes sites are tight but they are all pull through. This is not a 10-10-10 park or even close but it gives you access to Ketchum, Hailey , Sun Valley and the surrounding areas that I rate 11-11-11.

The Wi-Fi is nice and strong.

There's only one toilet and one shower for men to use. You're about 300 feet from the highway so road noise may be a problem

The rules and regulations-are kind of ridiculous. There are signs and placards and Post-it notes all over this park. Including the toilet stall. Including the shower stall. Outside the shower stall. On the door to the shower stall. Given the number and frequency of the rules, you would think that kindergartners are frequent customers and must be supervised and regulated, yet there is no staff on hand. Another bothersome rule is that

A pretty basic campground with full hook ups for Rv's and Travel Trailers. The sites are pull through so the access is easy. There is a shower room and a toilet building and it is clean. Location is less than four miles from Ketchum so you could easily walk or ride a bike if you'd like. The woman that checked me in was kind and professional. The price was I suppose average but I've paid less for better ($45 September 28/29 2018). You can't check in til 1:00pm.
