Heredia & Lennon Family Law was founded by J. Ashley Heredia and Samantha O. Lennon, two Atlanta-area family law attorneys who wanted to create a firm that practices family law differently. Services
Divorce can be an emotionally and financially draining process. We will develop a plan at the beginning of your case to help you navigate the next phase of your life while minimizing the toll the process can take on your family. Circumstances can change after a divorce. Sometimes the prior custodial arrangement or child support obligation becomes unworkable due to causes beyond your control.
Ashley Heredia has practiced law for over thirteen years. Prior to practicing family law, Ashley worked as a judicial staff attorney for the Superior Court of Cobb County. Ashley has also worked for some of Atlanta's most prestigious family law firms during her career, and was Partner at Hedgepeth, Heredia & Rieder.
Samantha has practiced exclusively in the area of divorce and family law in the greater Atlanta area since her clerkship with the Honorable Brian J. Amero in the Superior Court of Henry County. After spending years at some of Atlanta's premier family law firms, Samantha founded Heredia & Lennon Family Law to better serve her clients.

I never thought I would have to seek a divorce attorney, and I knew nothing about the separation and divorce process. From our first meeting I knew that hiring Ashley Heredia was the right decision.
