My Brazilian wax was done very quickly and roughly. When I asked the beautician to slow down, she blamed my tolerance and rudely said that she had other customers that needed attending and didn't have the time to take it slowly. I have gotten my wax done several times before, so I know she was too hasty. While doing my wax, she also lectured me how at least a 20% tip is expected regardless of the service!! (which I paid btw). During my upper lip, she rushed the process as well to get to the next customer. Overall disappointed in the customer service and will not be returning.

I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, the women who was going to do them asked if I ever had my eyebrows tinted before and I said yes but not at this location. She then told me she would not be able to use the tinting dye on me due to not know how my skin would react… so how do you tint anyone’s eyebrows at that location then because when it first opened I’m sure you were not turning people away.

Yasmin is the best! She is patient, attentive, and thorough. She does my full body waxes and my entire tinting. I have had many waxing experiences in my life and she is one of the best esthetician's I've experienced. There was practically no pain at all! I've been to this salon a few times but am just now getting around to write a review. I really like this place and all of the times I've gone for an eyebrow thread I have been happy. Today, Priya did such a nice job! She really took her time to make my eyebrows look nice and even. Thank you! :) I like the precautions they take for COVID. They now have a necklace to hold the thread, temperature check, and waiver sign. Such a fair price! Check them out!!

I visited this salon on a whim this past Sunday because I waited til the last minute to get pool ready and let me tell y'all, i'll definitely be back! The salon was super clean and the staff were as professional as you could hope for coming out of a pandemic. My recommendation is to get your brazilian done by Priya! My new go to place for eyebrows. With everything going on the salon has implemented a bunch of new procedures that made me feel very safe. Ruby did an absolute amazing job with my eyebrows. They are the picture of perfection. You can tell she's very knowledgeable about her craft as well. I would recommend any and everyone to get their brows threaded here.

I come here monthly for my brazilian waxes and eyebrows. I usually ask for Neely but even when she wasn't there the services I received were quick and up to my standards. The place is always spotless when I come in. I usually ask for a glass of red wine before my antibacterial brazilian. They use a soft tissue paper for these so it is not as painful as other places I've been to. You can also earn points on each visit. 5 points I believe is a free eyebrow threading and 10 is a brazilian.

Had a GREAT first time experience here today! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked what service I needed (lip thread). I signed in on a tablet and was promptly seated. My service was started literally less than two minutes after coming thorough the door!
The lady did my thread quickly and seamlessly. At the other place I go to, once it comes time for me to check over - there are ALWAYS stray hairs and I have to get them to go back over. Sometimes, I've even had to finish up with tweezers once I get home!
