Carol was born in Charleston, South Carolina and moved to Orlando at the age of two. She began her orthodontic career in 1969 and joined our team in 1991. Carol serves as our Financial / Insurance Coordinator and her experience and vast knowledge of local companies and their insurance plans allow her to help you receive your maximum available benefit.
Our team is committed to helping you receive your maximum insurance benefit. Orthodontics is covered at the discretion of your insurance company; some types of treatment may be excluded under your coverage. Usually, benefits start when initial appliances are placed and are paid during the course of the estimated treatment time, not in a single payment.
Smile For A Lifetime-West Orange has appointed local community leaders and professionals to the Board of Directors. The board is instrumental in spreading the word about this unique program to children who normally would not be able to afford braces and face an up-hill challenge in life. Children in the West Orange community may apply for the orthodontic scholarship if they are between the ages of 10-18.

Used to go here when I was younger for my braces and I loved it, everyone was very friendly and professional. They made it a very comfortable environment and made every process easy and less anxious for me which was greatly appreciated, you can tell they actually care about their patients. I still go to them if I need something and I’ve never had any problems even after all these years, they’re the best.

My daughter first visited this office in 2018 when she was 9. Her teeth were very crowded as her mouth was to small to fit them. She started with a pallet expander and then moved to braces on her front 4 adult teeth a few months later. She had her expander for roughly 4 months and her braces for roughly 6 months. Magic happened in those short months! The doctors and staff made sure she was comfortable throughout the whole process and has maintained communication and visits with us about every 6 months. She’s now almost 12 and will probably get braces next summer to finish straightening out her

I ALWAYS have a positive experience!! I did have a negative experience as an appliance had not arrived for our appointment when we got there, however they went above and beyond and turned a negative into a positive. Kept us updated etc gave us options. The front desk staff are amazingly sweet and go above and beyond to help! They know know you by name and make you feel as if your care is personal! Each time we have come to this orthodontist we are impressed with their Covid protections in place. The staff are so kind and engaging with the children and parents. Great music and decor. They put my 9 year old at ease and took much of the anxiety away from this type of dental appointment. Would highly recommend.
