I rent a home and was told that the owner was planning to redo the windows. I was informed that someone would call me to set up and appointment. I received a call from this place at 7:45 PM on a Thursday night about two weeks after being notified by the management company. They ask about a time and I replied after 4pm would work best to look at the windows. They ask about Monday at 4:15 PM and I agreed. Nobody showed up. When I called to ask, they told me that the appointment was for Tuesday and they knew because it was in their Google calendar. I had to leave work early two days in a row. I have
