KASM has one and two acre lots available in the Fernley and Fallon areas that you can choose from. We can also build on an existing lot if you have the perfect spot already in mind! With a full custom home, you are an integral part in the design build process and have the ability to choose everything, from layout to finish materials.

KASM Construction took our dream and ideas and made it a reality. Our custom 2 story house is beyond our expectations. Mike and his team were amazing to work with.
