My condo was flooded among dozens of others in Maui in December, 2021. I hired MD Restoration and it was the best decision I made in this crisis. The communication was extraordinary and every day a crew was on site dealing with the other 10 units affected, I was personally visited to make sure everything was going well. I chose to do a lot of the work myself as a contractor, but they still treated me like their best customer. MD Restoration rescued my condo from being ruined! My upstairs neighbor toilet overflowed and somehow it leaked through the ceiling and flooded my unit! Kale from MD Restoration came ASAP and dried up all the water. A lot of my condo was ruined and Kale and Sun worked with my insurance company to make sure my insurance covered all the repairs. We have used MD Restoration previously through a large water leak insurance claim we made and they did such a great job we decided to turn to them again when we experienced an odd odour in one of our downstairs bedrooms.

MD Restoration did a incredible repair job for the water flood damage caused to my property! They were very professional and timely with their estimated bid on my project and were able to fix up all the water damaged areas in a timely manner from start to finish and get things back to there original form before the water damage occurred. MD Restoration Maui saved my 4-bedroom house. It was vandalized and I thought it was a total loss. Kale, Sun and the MD Restoration crew worked to make the house livable, again. Kale's great attention to detail made the house better than I expected. Kale and Sun is experienced working with insurance claims, which helped immensely. They are a little pricey (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5), but worth the cost. I highly recommend MD Restoration.

Kale and Sun were excellent communicators. Being able to trust the work of a contractor while on the Mainland is one of the most important parts of having work performed on our home. They were friendly, willing to take my calls and assisted me with understanding the billing process and the work needed on our home. They sent photos of the work as it was being performed and that was a tremendous help. I highly recommend their services.

In December 2016 there was a leak in the roof of our condo causing dosage to our bathroom. Our Homeowners Association contracted with MD Restoration Maui to demolish the damaged areas and perform mold remediation. They performed those services satisfactorily.
After that work was completed, they submitted a bid to replace the damaged drywall in the bathroom. The bid was accepted by the Homeowners Association. A contract for the work was signed. We had been planning some renovations in the bathroom and we asked MD Restoration to give us a bid for the additional work. We accepted the bid This work

A hose on the washer broke in the middle of the night. The damage was devastating. Maui Restoration did a splendid job of extracting the water and cleaning up my home. Kale and his merry band came with all their hi-tech equipment and machines that same morning and worked quickly to get the job done. The result was phenomenal. Professional and superb quality cleanup and restoration!
