We believe that gymnastics is fun and kids of all ages and abilities will learn to succeed. It is through achieving success while having fun at the same time, that children become excited rather than intimidated, by physical activity. We believe that we are creating a generation of participants rather than observers.

Did you know that gymnastics is also the best sport for developing the physical abilities necessary in every other sport. Strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and kinesthetic awareness are a few of the areas that are enhanced by gymnastics participation. The lessons learned and the skills mastered through gymnastics apply not only to all other sports, and the performing arts, as well as the life long pursuit of pure excellence.

Parties Report

Let us create your child's birthday celebration. Boys and girls equally enjoy gymnastics parties, so please bring in the boys. We provide a separate decorated party room, changing area and waiting room for adults. Each party is geared to the specific age of its participants. Parties are action packed with small groups to ensure each child a fun time.

Beach team gymnastics is a great place the staff and owner is very nice. This is my daughter's third year and she is learning and growing up to be quite the little gymnast with their help and kindness.

I signed my four year old up for gymnastics this summer and she had such a wonderful time! She learned a lot and still talks about how much fun she had months later. I think her time here has sparked a passion for gymnastics

African American Families are NOT made to feel welcome here. Majority of the staff was extremely kind. Ms. S was not. It's quite obvious in many ways and a public complaint will be filed.

Full disclosure- we’ve only been to a trial class for our 2 year old, but we can’t wait for class to start in June! Staff was friendly and place looked nice. When asking around for toddler activity recommendations, terry and don’s was always mentioned.

Pick anywhere but here if your child is a toddler and doesn’t having dressing on their own down pat. The staff has no problem letting your child sit in the air conditioning cold and will not get them into their dry clothes.

This place is great! I practically grew up here as a gymnast for nearly 10 years. They treat you like family and genuinely care about the development of the children they teach, not to mention that their competitive gymnastics program is the best in the area!
