DOC's team of orthopedic physicians and physician assistants can evaluate many injuries and conditions through live TeleHealth video chat on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Direct Orthopedic Care, DOC, is a walk-in, immediate access orthopedic clinic. We are open 7 days a week with no appointment necessary. If you have an orthopedic injury or chronic condition, you can receive immediate care by orthopedic specialists without the time or expense of an ER visit.

All the staffs I encountered at Irving DOC were friendly, very courteous and professional from front desk, x ray, Dr and medical assistant. I received prompt services, went in around my scheduled appointment, very gratefully received help from whoever when needed as I was on crutches. Very efficient and professional. 10 stars to saintly Alexis and Naomi for having to deal with me numerous times on tedious paperworks needed for work and etc on my injury. Highly recommended!

The 1st time I found the doc to be not so friendly, but I was in a lot of pain and because what she prescribed me did wonders, I went back. The 2nd time: even better experience. The entire staff including doc were super friendly. Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Very accomodating. Able to prescribe me the right medicine that helped me feel better. Again.

Great experience from the time I entered the the front door. When you are in pain the last thing you want is a hassle and to be heard by treating physician. Excellent X-Ray tech, and was treated with excellent health care by Micah and Jason. Appreciated the girls at the front desk, nice, efficient and curtious!

I enjoy when a medical facility like D.O.C. in Carrollton, gives a person that feeling once walking through the door that, you will be taken care of. I really appreciated no long wait to be seen. I want to acknowledge Tabitha, Darria, and Randy for the very sweet, kind, and professional greeting as soon as I enter and how quickly I was processed to get to go back in room to visit with Mark regarding my issues. I appreciate you Mark for making sure I was cared for properly. You got to the bottom and found the issue. You didn't waste any time. The follow up care was just as great as my initial visit

Everything was great! The compassionate care began as soon as I walked through the door. The PA Mark was so kind and helped explain everything in detail and helped me feel more comfortable. I've been having issues for years, so it is such a relief to finally have someone who listened and was able to give me a solid plan of care to help heal me. So thankful to this clinic for making me feel like me again. Would HIGHLY recommend this clinic, specifically Mark, to anyone and everyone seeking orthopedic care!

The receptionist was wonderful and attentive whenever I walked in the door, as well as when I was checking out. Randy made great conversation while we got x-rays, and was super friendly. Dr. Mark made sure to listen to me and my concerns, and let me choose what next steps to take. The staff was fantastic, and the way they went about things was beyond what I could’ve asked- much better than a regular doctor’s office or ER. There’s also physical therapy right next door; kindness and convenience all in one place. I will definitely be going back, and I definitely would recommend!

I recently injured my arm and needed to see an orthopedic doctor as soon as possible. When I found Direct Orthopedic Care I was thrilled that they would be able to see me immediately. My first couple appointments with them went smoothly.
However, when my third appointment rolled around things changed. I arrived at 11:01am, 1 minute past my appointment time. I checked in with the front desk and awaited my turn. Excellent service! Had a nagging injury to the ball of my left foot, thought it might of been serious since it was lingering so long. Went there, within 30 minutes I got checked in, got x-rays taken, and was seen by a great doctor. He was cordial, efficient and knowledgeable!
With insurance, I only played $45. My uncle whose also a doctor recommended these orthopedic urgent cares when you wanna check on something quickly.

I was not aware that there were urgent care facilities for orthopedic services, but I am certainly glad that this one exists. Horrible pain in the kneecap and I thought it was fractured, so it's nice to get peace of mind after an x-ray. In and out in 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place.

DOC TV ads- Really sad to see "DOC" founder Dr Hassinger be so opportunistic during the COVID Pandemic. I'm sure the orthopedics is seeing a drop in business like all other businesses but to disguise this as we are "opening up to ease the pressure on ER's" is completely disingenuous and profiteering at time of crisis. You can advertise, but to jump on this national tragedy and act like your helping in order to funnel business, in the confusing time, is so unethical. It tells you the companies real mission and values.

Broke my wrist last month and needed to follow up with an orthopedic surgeon. I called twice and was told they would call me back to schedule an appointment, which they never did. Don't waste your time or money with this place. If they don't care enough to even schedule you, they certainly won't about your medical needs.

Reception staff was very friendly & helpful!
Called for an appointment last minute and they were able to put us in same day! My son had a very small fracture and wasn't still at all! These girls were very patient and interactive with my toddler which made his experience a lot of fun!
Definitely worth the 45 minute drive!!

After communicating my issues to management and then receiving a call from the President of Direct Orthopedic Care, my impression is that this business LACKS REAL CUSTOMER FOCUS AND AWARENESS especially when it concerns the Patient Bill of Rights and financial impact in recovery to patients. I was told in the call that the office would have not allowed me to leave if I had refused a product, opting to purchase one elsewhere.
Put simply, I did NOT feel that the care provided was CONSIDERATE and RESPECTFUL to my individual needs and receiving a call from the President of Direct Orthopedic Care

Took FIVE xrays of my "broken" toe. Then had me pay $300 for a boot. I declined pain meds, yet when I called back for them, it took 7 days for a return call. At that point, I had gone for a second opinion and I had torn ligament/tendon, not a broken toe. Now - 9 weeks later, I am still waiting on my refund from over-payment on the boot. I have called SEVEN times and only gotten through once, was told check would be delivered in a bout 10 days, that was 33 days ago. No check. No return calls on any other calls and billing department does not return emails.

DOC was a great experience. Dr. Brandi is very personable and friendly. The staff is very clear and helpful with any questions. No appointment was required. Just walked in and they helped me right away and didn't judge at all for my lack of insurance. The entire building was very modern and clean. If I ever get hurt another joint, which I hope God forbids, I will definitely go see them again.
