These folks are delightful to work with! Excellent quality screen printing and embroidery, tons of products to choose from, all costs are rolled in to one price, design included. I ordered a sports team hoodie from D&M graphics. The placement of the numbers and last name on the back of the hoodie were not positioned correctly. I brought it to the companies attention and the solution they came up with was to remove the letters and numbers and reset it correctly, BUT a sticky substance would most likely be in the areas where the original numbers and letters were placed. I'm sorry, but nobody wants to wear a sticky sweatshirt! The girl at the front desk is basically the "gatekeeper" to the owner. I asked to speak to the owner/manager several times and asked

They were very patient and worked with me on what I wanted. Great customer service. I think I was in there for about an hour trying to get the sign for my daughter's birthday correct and the woman who help did not try and rush me. I recieved the sign pretty quickly (a few days at most). Now my daughter has an amazing keepsake grin her 15th birthday.

Not a Good Experience, I would not recommend. I purchased T-shirts for a BSA Troop. There were two different types of shirts and sizes ranging from Youth Small through Adult XL. We were shorted two shirts and when I contacted them their response was, "We counted them three times. The person who picked them up signed for them. So we did not make a mistake." I had my wife pick them up as I was on business travel. She was not going to count 70+ shirts and sort by type/size in their small shop. So I refunded the two boys who did not get their shirts for Summer Camp out of my pocket. I will never purchase

Our church just used D&M graphics for the first time on a custom t-shirt order. We've used another local company for several years, but decided to shop other companies to make sure we were getting the best price to be good managers of our finances. D&M beat the other company's price on the same brand and style t-shirts and their quality of work was excellent. We will definitely be using D&M again!

I had about 33 T Shirts made here with about 4-5 colors on both sides. I priced it with about 6 other vendors in town and they had the best quote out of all of them. Some other shops were going to charge an additional art fee to convert my photoshop file to a vector graphic on top of the T-shirt costs. They did it as part of the cost they quoted for the T-shirt, and it was still lower than the other guys T-shirt quote alone.
