We're Architectural Precast Innovations, an architectural precast concrete manufacturer located in Middleburg, the heart of Central Pennsylvania. Our 32-acre facility is dedicated to providing exceptional architectural precast concrete design and production for use in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
For nearly 50 years, our company has been providing a team effort to become one of the leading design-build precast manufacturers in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. To do so, we have been dependent upon our core values of continuing commitment to quality, but most importantly to our people.
Our precast products are manufactured in a quality controlled PCI Certified plant environment. Since 1967, PCI's (Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute) Plant Certification program has developed and documented an in-depth, in-house quality system based on time-tested national industry standards. Each plant undergoes two thorough unannounced audits each year.
Precast wall panels are typically found on the exterior facade of a building, but can also be used as interior walls as well. The wall panels can be fabricated in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, textures and colors to match any building's decor. They can be fabricated to mimic other materials with the use of form liners, veneer brick, stone or granite.
