We rented out our house the first year on our own and it was a bit much so my wife and I did some research in to a few management companies. We first contacted David at Moxie and looked no further. He was upfront on his prices and what to expect, and we couldn’t be happier. From doing a move out inspection, finding a renter, assisting with a few minor updates, and placing the renter we could not be happier. He rented it for above what we expected and has taken care of everything since then. We just see a consistent deposit in our account with no issues. I highly recommend for someone who is up

I used Dave as my realtor when buying across the country and couldn't make an appearance in person. Dave helped coach me from an investment standpoint and gave great advice all around. Dave made appointments a couple towns over because he thought they would be a good fit for me. I couldn't make it to my home inspection so Dave showed up and gave me the synopsis when it was over. When there were a couple issues with repairs prior to closing Dave was on top of it. Dave's service was on par with buyers looking at properties 5 times my price point. I am so thankful we found MOXIE Management to manage our property. I was very overwhelmed with the thought of finding tenants and being able to keep our house in good condition while we are stationed across the country, but since working with Dave, my mind has been put at ease & I know our house is in good hands! Dave and his team at Moxie Management are true professionals and I have no worries leaving my property in their care. Even when the Navy sends me around the world out of communications for months at at time, I know that my house and my tenants will be in good hands. Dave is quick to respond to my questions and concerns. More importantly he is quick to address my tenants problems and expedites any needed repairs. He manages a 4 family home for me now, but I hope to have him managing 20 homes for me in the future. Top notch management!
