Above & Beyond Inspections, Inc. is 100% locally owned and operated by Taylor J. Knipp, a lifelong resident of the Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland). Taylor specializes in all types of Residential Home Inspections. He is a WA Licensed Home Inspector, WA Licensed Structural Pest Inspector, and is fully insured and bonded.

Beyond satisfied! Taylor conducted a very thorough inspection of our new home. He included pictures and well thought out comments that helped to bring clarity to what we were looking out. Additionally, neither my wife or I were able to be there for the inspection, and Taylor spent 30 minutes on the phone with us going through each item. His explanations were clear and down to earth in a way that we were able to understand and make decisions with.

Taylor was one of the most friendly of the home inspectors that I talked to when deciding who to go with. He was great about explaining how things work and his findings from the inspection. The report was very detailed and helpful. He is also very easy to reach if you have any questions about the report. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would recommend.

I hired Taylor because I knew a friend who had used him and been happy with the service. I thought that Taylor did a fantastic job at saving me from a mistake. The home was not in great repair and Taylor found out everything that was wrong with it. I did not end up getting the home, and although I was "bum'd out" I was happy that Taylor was able to save me from a headache in the future. I will be using him again.

Taylor Knipp is an awesome home inspector. He is very thorough and professional. He is easy to talk to and explains all the details very well. His price is fair and you will be very pleased with his work. I have no doubt. When I asked him about Mike Holmes on Holmes on Homes, he told me Mike is his hero. I highly recommend Above & Beyond Inspections. There is a great deal of thought and care that goes into each inspection.
