What can be said about the wonder drug Botox? Every day it seems a new condition can be treated with this little protein. It is the number one cosmetic treatment in the United States. It literally stops your body from making certain wrinkles by stopping the movement that causes them in the first place.
It is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults younger than 65 years of age for a short period of time (temporary). Frown lines (wrinkles) happen because the muscles that control facial expression are used often (muscle tightening over and over).
The Restylane family of products includes Restylane, Restylane-L, Restylane Lyft with Lidocaine, Restylane Silk, Restylane Refyne, and Restylane Defyne. Restylane Refyne is for mid-to-deep injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds, in patients over the age of 21.

I was very impressed by the PMA experience. First I made my appointment thru Instagram which for someone who doesn't have a lot of time they made it convenient! Secondly, the office team has the kindness demeanor. From the moment I made the appt to walking in the office they were incredibly kind and helpful. Lastly, Dr Mest is incredible- he's smart, kind, funny and thorough. Everything he said was on point with my experience. I can't wait to go back!

I was referred to Pier because "Doctor Mest is the best" - and he did not disappoint. I have had what I call "skeleton eyes" and found him because he is known to be the fill master. He was so consultative, told me exactly what to expect, made good recommendations, thoroughly measured my face, and was just an overall delight. This place is amazing. The staff as well as Dr. Mest make you feel like family. Cindy and Hannah are on top of their field. Emma, the receptionist is kind and caring.They never make you look overdone, just beautiful. I have had different treatments, all of which were a success. They best one is the reason for the exciting review. I had Coolsculpt on my stomach. What a game changer. One treatment and the three-month pregnant look is gone.

I am so glad I found this place! Dr Mest and the entire staff is amazing. Always attentive, knowledgeable and they truly care about their patients. I got Kybella, Dysport and IPL here all for the first time and I'm so amazed by the results. It looks SO NATURAL. I've gotten tons of compliments for my skin and newly chiseled chin. The prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I went in with an initial concern of my laugh lines. I paid $700 for Restyline and saw an improvement in volume but not in my lines which was my only concern. In my opinion, Dr. Mest was extremely unprofessional during my follow up visit because he was agitated rather than concerned with my disappointment. He ended the visit by just walking out of the room without even saying goodbye so I took that as a sign that the appointment was over and I walked out on my own. I said bye to him as I left, out of kindness, which is what he should have done if he valued me as a patient. I will never go back
