We have images we gathered as part of an inspection that saved the buyer money by locating faulty areas within the house insulation. Using Infrared Detection Inspections to locate water damage doesn't find water, but it will show a difference in temperature, indicating where moisture is hiding behind the walls or other places.

Critical: Responsiveness
I called many times trying to get an estimate of cost poor cleaning gutters and pressure washing a house I own in Calvert County. Kept getting excuses and they said they would get a quote to me shortly. Evidently shortly means something else as I never received the estimate.

Bright Exteriors power washed our house, deck, front porch and shed. They also painted the shed. The house and shed look great!!
They replaced the deck rail caps and installed post collars. Made all the difference in the world.

The owner Rick talks ALOT! But when he showed up for the job he brought the cheapest materials of the wrong size that wasn't what we had talked about. He said he hated small jobs. Then he didn't want to give me my deposit back, only got a small potion of it back after he didn't do any work! He said I needed a new roof, that the wood was soft but when I got other estimates no one else thought the wood was soft and that it could wait. He came across as the definition of an unscrupulous contractor who was desperate for work. The experience was bizarrely bad

I would highly recommend Bright Exteriors....Rick the owner was very nice and friendly and his three workers got the job done right and on time.....they were very hard working and polite....power washed my house, fence and porches........ Very dependable company for sure.....they were a bit more expensive then the other estimates I got but I went with my gut and glad I did......I would for sure use them again. Very rare in this day and age that a job is done right the first time!!! Very happy !!! My house is glowing!
