Not Covid safe. Staff not wearing masks and talking . Doesn't matter how good the manicures are if you get sick here.

I've been going here since day one the grand opening never once did I have a problem with any of the workers very clean everything that's ever been used on me was freshly out of the pack or there cleaned well with alcohol. Pedicures they scrub the tub out before I even put my feet in there never had a bad experience great people prices are great. I usually walk out of there most of the time spending around $200 because I tip them well because they take care of me. I get my manicure my pedicure and my massages and I'm happy thank you guys keep up the great work you're doing good

I went back a d thats when they drew blood. The tips of my fingers are raw because to much skin was taken. The thumb was bleeding all over the place. I went in this morning at 830. I did not have my glasses with me. When i got home i texted thr nail tech pics. She said come back at 730. I went back and now my hands are throbbing and bleeding. I paid $108. I left a $20 tip. No money was returned and i walked away with my toes painted. Needless to say i wont be back.

Awful gel manicure. Smudged, uneven, and missing gel. Skin left on sides and cuticles. Burned from filing so hard. Didn't have me wash my hands I had to suggest. Terrible service!!

I'm really slightly impressed by this nail salon. A friend and I opted to go here because they stayed open until 7:30 and fit into our schedules. Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice man who asked us what services we needed today. I chose a regular pedi with a gel manicure. When I sat in the pedicure chair I was offered a drink I chose white wine, it was gross tasted cheap and old BUT it was complimentary so can't really complain there.

The woman who did my mani and pedi was really nice she paid attention to how I wanted my pedicure and how I reacted to her touching my feet (I am ticklish

I love Donna but I can't continue to support the constant chit chat to each other in their language. Its rude!!! I like the pedi ..pls note just like. It can be rushed and I feel u don't get everything listed on spa services when u upgrade ..sigh.

I haven't been back in a couple weeks, notice some changes in renovation and staff. The owner gave me an incentive for being a regular. Went yesterday with my girl friend who was visiting Philly from DC before the super bowl. My favorite techs even drew an EAGLE on my nail.

I always have great experience here. Thao does my hands and nails. Her mom does my eyebrows. Linda has amazing healing hands for massage. They always fit me in due to my crazy work schedule.

I should've gave a 6 stars, yelp won't let me change it for some reason. Took my little sister, my mom & my gf here. They came out with some pretty cool looking nails. It's gonna be funny when she breaks one and cry considering how long they are it's gonna be a painful one. Staff was funny. Goofy young girl in the front did them. She even did the courtesy to take pictures of my sisters ugly claws. Lmao

Me and my friend went in to get our nails done for prom. originally, we were both supposed to get our nails done by her aunt Vicky but her aunt was on a schedule and on top of that we didn't make an appointment. some other lady had to do my nails. first impression of her was not good. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the designs were the same except for the shape of the nails. I asked for a squoval shape and she gave me flare and it made the nails look a bit off. Thao was very kind to squeeze me in last minute when I broke my nail before my night out with the girls in AC. Did a lovely job and was definitely worth the ride since I can't stay away from Philly and the Great Italian Pork Sandwiches, but that's another Story. Thanks Thao

I went in for a chair massage just before closing. I was suffering from a stiff neck for a week. I was in pain. I called they told me no matter what time is was to "come in".

Lynda gave me a great 20 minutes massage just for $20.00. At last the pain is almost gone.

I enjoyed getting my nails done here. The inside and decor of the salon is very spacious which is totally different from the regular nail salons. I liked that they recommended beautiful designs for me when I had no idea what should be done on my acrylic nails. I ended up with a simple yet gorgeous acrylic nail design for Prom and I received so many compliments on them.

VERY EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I used to go to this salon all the time, since they've opened. They really fell off. I had taken a big break from them due to a bad experience about 4 months ago but I was in the area and decided to give them another shot I just went on Wednesday 8/31/2016 I had the absolute worst in professional experience!!!! They recently started the use of plastic linings. I ripped the plastic lining as I pushed myself back into the chair which is very tall and big. As my pedicure went on for about 6 minutes I was wondering why I wasn't feeling the bubbles or the massage

Went here for a pedicure and fake nails... The staffs are very friendly and it was easy parking. I nails look great for my wedding and I love my toes design ;)

This place is terrible for nails. They don't use clean or fresh tools, they use an electric nail file on your cuticles. They don't even do a good job filing, truly the most horrendous place I have ever been. Even the nail polish is old and messy.

I used to live in South Philly and had gone here a few years ago. It has changed drastically. The whole place seemed dirty and the employees were all hanging around, eating, etc in the customer areas.

I wish I had gotten up and left when I first saw the old nail file she pulled out.

Never, Ever again. I went Saturday and had my hair dyed along with a manicure and pedicure. I told the woman I do not want my hair black. I stressed it over and over and over. Well, guess what color my hair came out. Ugh....... On top of it, she burnt my scalp in the front of my head from leaving the dye on for so long. I should have left once I saw how filthy this place was. Would it hurt to give a fresh coat of paint? maybe bend down and clean the 2 inches of crust and dirt at the bottom of the cabinets? If they want to have better reviews & possibly even charge a little more here's my advice:
They need more of a polish selection, should accept AmEx, respect their English only speaking clients by not chatting and lastly, if they must have children there please keep them from playing in walking paths & most definiently no running (safty hazard.) A updated decor wouldn't hurt either but we can't be too picky ;)

I've been here many times to get my nails and feet done. It's been a while since I've been, but this place popped into my mind today.
I was a repeat customer for some time, they would give me 2 glasses of wine. Well not really wine wine, but Arbor Mist.
The massage I got was great!. The room was nice and dim, smelled fresh, candles, and relaxing music. The decor was pretty. She did a really good deep tissue massage. I just got my upper body done for 30 minutes.
I only stopped going because I don't like acrylics anymore, plus I can give myself a regular manicure and pedicure
