Last year I visited South Lake Tahoe with the idea of buying a tri-plex or four-plex wherein I would keep one unit for myself to live in when I am in town and rent out the other units. Davey Pavia is the most honest, hard working person I know. She is very detailed and will not allow you to buy a home without knowing the all about the property. She works 7 days a week and late night to help me find and home. Her seller was in London therefore she would work till 11pm at night to make sure all communication was prompt.
She would inspect the homes me and point out any areas of concern (that I could not see). She is patience, knowledgeable and is the broker as well. Her depth on experience in Tahoe is incredible and of houses is amazing. She is as good as an inspected and knows

We have used Davey twice, and have been completely satisfied with her both times. She is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate in the South Lake Tahoe area. One of our purchases was land which came with a building permit, and STPUD (water) fees paid. She took us around to talk to all the entities to ensure that everything was on the up and up, and to our satisfaction.
She is full of energy, and a real go-getter, which was a great introduction for us to the Tahoe lifestyle. The first weekend we met her she was doing some cross country race that was like 30km!
