I would definitely discourage taking your children here. They are very impatient and do not wait until you are numb to start drilling or pulling teeth. They are not very good with the shots either. I know because I've been to very good dentists that know how to give pain free dentistry from start to finish. I felt so bad when I was getting work done, I could hear a child crying from the pain and the dentist told the child to stop being a baby, while the dad was going along with it all. I was happy in the end with the work I had done, but never went back for reasons already stated. This place will

I came in for a check up and cleaning. Setting a reading room for over an hour just to wait for my check up and cleaning. Finally got back there waited another 20 minutes then the dentist took the dental pick scratched my teeth with it and told me I had to make an appointment for my check up and cleaning. I said that's what I'm here for and all you did is scratched my teeth and said make an appointment then I got her agree to actually clean my teeth and I did not get a full exam she did not take the dental pic and poke every tooth like they do and only polished about every other tooth and then

TLDR: DO NOT go here. I’m getting her work corrected nearly 10 years later after dealing with negative side effects of her work for years.
10 years later I’m finally getting Dr. Raju’s work corrected. I went to see her for braces as a teen. I had never had a single cavity until this point. After getting braces with her I needed multiple fillings. I would be there for hours! She would numb me and then leave for over an hour! By the time she came back I was not numb. At that point in my life I had never been numb or had a filling so I just assumed they would all be excruciatingly painful.

Great office. Dr. Raju is an excellent dentist- explained everything, including my daughter options for treatment. (she need a braces). She is very careful and taking all necessary steps to make my daughter pain free and comfortable . My daughter freaks out if it hurts but Dr Raju was working very careful. Plus the staff is super nice and very efficient, reminding me of future appointments, and sending text messages a day or two before. And the office is kept very clean and runs pretty much on time!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC, WOULD RATE ZERO STARS IF I COULD
Only our second visit and was an absolute nightmare!!!! She made us stay in the office for over TWO HOURS instead of simply rescheduling the appointment, made me forcefully hold my child down while she was screaming in excruciating pain (dentist said tell me if it hurts and we will stop) which she did NOT do!!! During the drilling of my childs teeth she drilled her entire upper lip (which now looks infected and is stoll severely swollen over 24 hrs after leaving this office) then tried to act as if she bit her lip within the 5 seconds it took

I am thankful I found Dr. Raju and her staff! Another area dentist referred me to Dr. Raju for a necessary extraction. He called and explained my situation and she said, "send him RIGHT over." Within the hour, she'd begun the process of tending to my dental needs. She started by immediately addressing the cause of my chronic pain. She then patiently explained my options and before I left her office, we had a plan in place to completely address ALL the necessary treatment for my dental needs AND a realistic timeline.

The people here are really nice and do a good job overall, but I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and was given nothing for the pain, even though they told me to call the next day if I had any pain issues. I woke up at 2am in total misery last night and waited until they opened hoping they would help me out. I am supposed to work today and tomorrow but am laying in bed with my jaw throbbing and they want me to repeat a 2 week antibiotic they just made me take last month instead of prescribing anything for pain. She botched my root canal on a molar almost cost me my LIFE!! She cracked my tooth and did not tell me after a 3 hr root canal. I ended up with a bone infection, and a blood infection that almost killed me. 1 yr later and im STILL SICK and going through treatments. LAWSUIT IS COMING!! Lost my tooth and part of my jawbone. This woman has the audacity to bill me!! See you in court! Zero stars
