This is one of the best service experiences we have ever had. Every person we met was courteous and professional. We had a slide roller that fell out of the bottom of the RV and also had some water issues.
Since they know what they are doing we were in and out in an hour and a half. We would highly recommend them if you need service for your RV.

My Class C needed air added due to wonky tire pressure. Stopped by Stoltzfus because no shops in the area could inflate tires to 80psi. There are also no truck stops close by. The employee at the service counter immediately told me that were very busy. It was like this was supposed to prompt me to say ok and leave. I explained situation and she said call and ask. She then told me that the cost to properly inflate the tires would be $65. What - $65 for air?? Needless to say I didn't pay that. We recently purchased a 2020 Grand Design Solitude 390RK fifth wheel from Stoltzfus RV's and Marine. From beginning to the end our salesperson, Frank Baylor, was simply awesome in assisting us in the purchase of this RV.

These guys know their stuff. Our RV was at Cat Motors off 202, and they couldn't figure it out. Had it towed all the way stolfutz, and they figured it out. Meanwhile the guy at cat blamed stolfutz for some shady stuff they were up to. I incorrectly assumed he was telling the truth. And became reticent but accusatory-ish. Stolfutz still fixed our RV and accepted apology when Cat proved to be dishonest. Well. Paul, at Cat, anyway. These stolfutz guys are top-notch. Seriously. What they can fix. What they recommend. They'll explain everything to you as well, without the eye rollls

Just bought a pop-up camper from George Cartolaro and it was such a great experience. From start to finish, George was attentive to what we needed, and always kept in communication with us while we worked through some of the details. We stumbled across this dealer and our salesman by pure happenstance. We had put a deposit down on a trailer at another company and just didn’t feel right about it. While trying to email the manufacturer with our concerns we somehow contacted Stoltfus RV by mistake and I am so happy that we did! Called more than a dozen RV dealers and repair centers and all could take me in for repair or the time to first available date was at least three months before or more before I could get a service date. No surprise it's spring and the RVer has been waiting all winter to get out there. We are full timers so a timely repair was Essential.
Stoltzfus could give give a date six weeks out from when I called. I took it based on reviews from several sources.

I purchased my RV this summer by a salesman who I Call "tons of fun, bud!" He complained the entire time due to the July heat and he only showed me the bare minimum of RV required. I ASKED him questions during the purchase at which time he would leave the RV (due to the heat) and said....I'm sure you can figure it out. When I requested he show me a drivable, he specifically stated "you cannot afford this"....even though we had not discussed any type of financials.

The person at the check in counter was personable and called Laura to show us around outside. Laura was very rude and acted as if we were bothering her with every question we asked. We had driven over an hour to get to their business and we were anticipating seeing many models, learning about the RV options and possibly test deriving an RV. What a disappointment to be treated so dismissively. Everyone has bad days and this is a really hard time in the world so I don't want to judge but what a disappointment to make such an effort and to be treated this way! Won"t go back!

First I had to commit to buy the RV before the sales person would let us test drive it. How do I know I like if I can test drive it.
Then I had to fight with them to get my guarantee items fixed. They acted liked they were paying for it.
Then I caught them in a lie a few times, told them about it and to get even they told me not to come back anymore and they also damaged the RV but what they didn't know I was watching them. They said they fixed item and I had to bring it back twice because they didn't fixed, wasting my time and money.

Worst service team ever. It took 12 phone calls, 5 emails to finally get a return call after they'd had my RV 2 weeks for a SCHEDULED service appointment. Two weeks after drop off, we scheduled appointment to pick up our unit only to find NOTHING was done. After insisting we speak with a technician, we forced technician to look at the batteries. the technician discovered the batteries were both bad, had corrosion and had loose fittings. He offered to replace the batteries at their cost. When we finally met with the Service manager - 2.5 hours after our scheduled appointment - he had the audacity

Had a great experience working with George C through the whole sales process. What a great guy. We shared our needs and our budget and he helped us find the right trailer for us and followed through to make sure we were well taken care of through the rest of the process. George, Jeremy and Art were great on pick up day and made sure we were setup safely and knew our way around our trailer. Left a 5 star review for sales 2.5 years ago but when it came to service, it's not there. When you buy the RV they'll roll out the red carpet. But, when you need service forget it. Was told today they were two weeks out for service work. Won't be purchasing another RV through them again. The service is just as IMPORTANT as the purchase. I'll find a company that can offer a stellar sales AND service experience. That five star Yelp review will be disappearing, as well.

I think it's so important to review companies when you have a good experience as well as a bad one. We had such a positive experience at Stoltzfus in West Chester. We purchased a Tiffin Allegro Motorhome yesterday and from the start to the finish of the purchase, Frank and Ken were top notch. We enjoyed how carefully Sara walked us through finance. I made an appointment to have 2 tires replaced on my pop-up a week in advance. I mentioned I would be taking it on a trip. When I arrived expecting the tires to be changed that day, since I had an appt., I was told I would have to leave it for 3 days because they were 'busy'!
Since I was going on RV trip the next day, I could not leave it. I went to a tire store and they changed the tires quickly, WITHOUT an appointment. I should have been told when I made the appt. that the tires would not be changed the same day. Was a waste of time to drive to Stoltzfus.

I knew exactly what I wanted to look at and Michael P was very friendly and told me they didn't sell the vendor RV that I wanted and showed me something comparable. I loved the small rv that they showed me. We took a golf card to the other said of the lot. Plenty of choices of either RVs or water crafts.
They also have a large store where you can buy the things you need.

We are in the market for an RV - we haven't purchased one yet, but we plan to very soon, and more than likely it will be from Stoltzfus. We looked at a bunch of them recently (they have a very large selection) - there were so many nice ones with all kinds of cool features. The salesman was very helpful and not overbearing and had several affordable options for us to look at. Overall, a great place to shop for an RV (or boat - hopefully that will be next on our list!).

We purchased a 2016 Tiffin Phaeton 40AH last September and are very pleased so far. We would like to caution anyone buying a motorhome with a Freighliner chassis not to trust Stoltzfus Service. I was told by the service manager that they do not go by the Freightliner maintenance schedule. I strongly recommend having all your service done at an authorized Freighliner Custom chassis center. Also, the service advisers are short handed and do not return calls.

I purchased a Fifth-wheeler from Stolzfuz. I drove 170 miles from Fredericksburg, VA for this purchase. I found it on the internet which I actually usually don't do, but because of the video and add they had I felt comfortable.
