I used this company for my wedding party. The vehicle they sent came smelling like burnt rubber and it shut off. I was 2 hrs late to my wedding waiting on a new transportation. We ended up catching multiple ubers. I reached out to the owner and with no positive response I decided to file a court case. So many media judges reached out to me for the issue but I didn't want to go public with it so I decided to do a local small claims. I won the court case but the company still refusing to pay. Multiple brides in Rochester stated they had similar experiences and that some of their reviews are fake

We are back from our honeymoon and wanted to thank some of our vendors. Diamonds Limousine was wonderful. Chauffeur was on time, masked and very professional. He helped our guests in and out of the limo as well as myself! He was very patient while we were at pictures too. I would highly reccommend Diamonds - great prices too!!

The whole wedding party was left with no way to get to the event. We called throughout the whole month and got voicemails every time and left our name and phone number every time and no one ever returned our call at all. After the event on the following Monday we called and talked with 'Debbie' and she said that they had sent an email over a week prior to the event and stated that they didn't have a phone

We reserved a limo for a wine tour months in advance. They called us a week before our event to let us know about a vehicle change, that they needed to switch us to a tour van. Some in our party had experience with tour vans and we said that is fine, as long as the cost is not higher. It turns out that what they really were providing us is a MINIVAN. Our driver was great, and we know that it was likely as inconveniencing for him as it was for us, given that there was NO divider between front and back, or the usual space to provide distance and privacy for the guests and driver. Horrible experience! Horrible customer service! They cancelled on us 5 days before our event. Said they didn’t have a vehicle for us. I suggested renting a van (we didn’t care what we were in to tour wineries and celebrate a 50th birthday). They then said the didn’t have a driver, but maybe they could get one (where is our original driver??) It was excuse after excuse. They strung me along all week and never called me back - I had to keep calling them. I spoke with both co-owners who were arrogant and could have cared less. Who cancels on someone 5 days out? Of course everyone else is booked

My boyfriend and I reserved a limo for our prom; he tried to reach out to make the down payment many times but to no avail. They told us 5 days before prom that there aren't any limos available for that day even though they said they had limos available when we made the reservation 1 month ago. Would not recommend this service, they are terrible at communicating with their customers and the staff are incompetent.

My girlfriends arranged this bachelorette/wine tour for me - what a great experience. Joe picked us up on time and took us to several wineries.

Called Diamonds Limousine at the last minute and they were able to accommodate my friends and I. We went on a wine tour and we were told by some of the wineries that our group could not come in a limo, so we walked into those wineries, but it all worked out and we had a great time. Dan was an excellent driver. Would definitely use Diamonds again!

I would not recommend this company. I received a call the night before the event that they could not contact the chauffer. They were going to do a different driver for the bus if they could find one but cut my trip short for almost no change in price. They were over booked. They finally found a different driver. The driver was late. Picked up the incorrect group. The limo driver was not safe. She rarely drove a limo. Didn't know where the winery was located. Didn't listen to us or program the gps correctly. We had to give her directions. She would slam on the breaks so we would fall off

Diamonds Limousine is by far THE WORST limousine and party bus company I've ever worked with. They were hired for my wedding, they never decorated, there were no lights, there was no A/C (and my wedding was during the Summer) and no complimentary stuff that came with the package we paid for was available and on top of that Junior (the first driver we had) said that we still owed them extra money that was NEVER conveyed to us. We called the company multiple times and spoke a few times with one of the owners and she never had time to talk and solve the matter and her husband never appeared.

We used Diamonds for a bachelorette party wine tour around Seneca Lake. The initial booking with Debbie was simple and smooth and our driver, Willie, was great! He checked in a few days before our trip to go over our itinerary and contract. He was on time, friendly, and accommodating. We couldn't have been happier with him! The only hurdle was after booking and before the trip itself: communication was rocky and confusing. They recovered well, but it was nerve-wracking for about a week. We will use them again!

Diamond Limousine almost single-handedly ruined my daughters wedding ceremony !
Where do i begin. One week before the wedding Diamond called to tell us the brakes on the Trolley we ordered broke. Brakes wear out over time, not overnight. I was told i was "lucky" to get a call one week ahead that most companies call one day before. Diamond requires full payment with a bank check 30 days in advance so we were locked in.
Diamond offered a limo bus, not the feeling we wanted for an outside ceremony & reception on a farm. We had no choice but to use the limo bus. On the day of the wedding

If you believe a disgruntled employee posted these negative reviews.....I feel sorry for you. On 8/11/17 we reserved a limo bus for an October 28 wine tour. Was notified the day before that our limo bus was placed out of service by the NY DOT and a replacement would be sent leaving us with virtually with no other options on such short notice. They arrived on 10/28 with an old dilapidated short transport bus which was not even close to what re reserved. After contacting the NY DOT I learned diamonds requested bus 21 which was our reserved limo bus be permanently taken out of service. I feel

Biggest issue is with the vehicle itself. The heat did not work the entire time we were on the bus!! It was on the highest heat and full blast but the whole time it shot out freezing cold air. It was only about 25 degrees outside that night so it was really cold on the bus. And the ride was so incredibly bumpy we couldn't even drink our drinks without fear of spilling them all over ourselves. Only plus - The driver was nice.

Booked Diamonds Limo for our anniversary a week in advance. The plan was to meet some friends for a few drinks, and then enjoy a wonderful dinner together on the lake. The day of our anniversary I called to confirm the pickup time and plans. Then, unbelievably, THE CAR NEVER SHOWED!! I called repeatedly called only to get voicemail. Made arrangements a month in advance to have my wife and I picked up at the Hyatt and driven to our Daughter's wedding reception at Artisan Works. Pick-up was scheduled for the same time as the St. Patricks parade. That morning, we spoke with local police officers and they advised us on the best pick-up route. Took a wine tour with Diamonds Limousine last weekend. We expected a limo bus and we sent a trolly limo which was just as old as it sounds. It broke down on Route 490 before we even got out of town! That should've been our first clue that this was a bad idea. It stalled an additional 3 or 4 times along the route until it finally broke down for good on route 14 just North of Watkins Glen.
