Wilson Ruiz
Wilson Ruiz is a California native and the son of hard working parents who emigrated to the US. At first settling in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles, his parents began to start their family and eventually bought their first home in South Gate, 1971. This was a proud moment for Wilson, resulting in this milestone to make a lasting impression on the future realtor and broker.

Wilson graduated from South Gate High School in 1984, and in 1991 he entered into the real estate industry. As his life progressed, he married and began to start his own family in 1995. That same year he became a homeowner, purchasing his family's first home in the city of Whittier, California. In fact, Wilson moved a total of three times within the city, currently residing within the Mar Vista Heights area.

Look at what real estate buyers and sellers are saying about their experience working with Wilson. I can't recommend Wilson highly enough! Wilson helped me through the buying process six years ago. Now, I am having Wilson see me through the selling of two homes (mine and my aunt's) and the buying of one home that my aunt and I will share.
Probate is the legal process through which the court makes sure that when a person dies their debts are paid and their property is distributed according to their will. If the individual does not have a will, the State will provide one for them, however it may not be what they would have wanted. Probate is not an automatic procedure.

Trust, Confidence, Honesty, Knowledge, Kindness. These were key words when I considered when choosing a realtor.
I am a retired educator, an 82 year old widow, and I am not very knowledge about real estate transactions.
I wanted someone who who do his best for me; someone with the characteristics mentioned above. I found Wilson Ruiz! Wilson impressed me with his knowledge and understanding of the intricacies involved with selling my house. He was always available to answer my questions; to give thoughtful advice and guide me through multiple pages of contracts and documents and patiently explaining

It's a somewhat complicated process with the timing and all, and Wilson has gone above and beyond what any other agent would do in order to make this process smooth and worry-free for all of us.
Again, I recommend Wilson above any realtor I have worked with in the past...and there have been several!
Feel free to contact me with any other

Wilson helped us buy our first house! He was a true professional. If we are ever in the market to buy a house again, he's the first person we're calling!

Wilson sold my Mother's House for me. She was medically incapacitated so I had to settle her affairs. I was at a lose. had no idea what was involved. contacted a few different realtors. most generalized and were hard to pin down. Wilson came right to the point. was understanding of my situation, and very knowledgeable about estate and probate home sales.
After telling me what was involved. what he felt the property was worth and why. what to do to increase the value. Or if it was worthwhile to do any improvements to increase the value. He then explained the tax issues involved in the sale

Highly recommend! Our family recently sold a rental property that consisted of 3 homes on one lot. The property had been in the family for 63 years. Due to recent deaths of family members it was no longer manageable and needed to be sold. Wilson spoke to my Uncle on several occasions prior to his death about the property. Knowing my Uncle was comfortable with Wilson and felt he was knowledgable, we called Wilson. Extremely happy we did. From the time we signed the contract to the actual sell of the property was 2 months! Needless to say, it was a trying time and Wilson remained professional
