UNACCEPTABLE service.. initially nice experience booking my appointment a week prior with receptionist until today. The day of my appointment I get a call that the product needed for my service was out of stock since yesterday. WHY was I not called YESTERDAY then. The nonchalant half hearted apology doesn’t fix my schedule change, having to get my friend to pick up my son due to the appt. or the fact that my friend LOST an account at his work because he had to alter his schedule to help ME make it to the dentist just to be told I need to reschedule the same day ?? BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS TIME

I wish I could give a 0 star review. My wife Lauren came to this dentist office to get her teeth fixed as she was in a lot of pain day to day. The Doctor Luis F. Gomez has to be the absolute worst dentist ever. He did not provide customer service and even bother to hear my wife out on her concerns that she wanted to address. He would consistently cut her off and downplay her concerns. He's made multiple statements about my wife. He stated a 10yr old could sit through the numbing shots without being scared. My wife paid for 2 fillings but only got 1 tooth fixed and made it seem as if the tooth was

Bear dentist and practice! They are so organized and always on top of my cleaning schedule! Since I started going there my husband started coming here as well. They work around your achy and so accommodating. I highly recommend Dr.Gomez and his wonderful crew! All the ladies in the office makes it amazing experience to come!

Another pleasant visit at Dr Gomez's office today 8/26/2021! My cleaning by Mara(sp) the dental hygienist, was very thorough , professional and done in a caring manner.
