This Spa is so tranquil and relaxing. The estheticians, massage therapists and nail techs are so professional and attentive. I highly recommend having a service there.

Friendly staff, however my "hot stone" pedicure was more like an overpriced regular pedicure. After the soak and express scrub, I had to double check my email confirmation to see if I indeed booked hot stones as she was finishing up.
She finally pulled out a towel for quick rub with lukewarm pebbles just before polish. Which btw, wasn't the color I picked out at all. I selected a shimmery white and I walked out with silver. I come to this salon to get my eyelash extensions and acrylics, and I'm here every other week. I always get exactly what I want! I love all the people that work there as well, they're always super sweet and accommodating. I recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Not only was I cut during my manicure, my toes were "trimmed" via nail file, resulting in uneven non-shaped toe nails, also not even fully/evenly painted, but also within 2 days I had 2 nails chip and the gel chipped and peeled off completely, also the broken nail I specifically went in to get fixed, broke completely within 4 days. I get that it's Covid, but this is the worst mani pedi I have ever gotten. Does this look like a $122 service? I felt bad for the girls so I paid, but now that I see it close up, it's awful. I'm pissed. I could have done better myself. They also rushed me out the door, and one of them actually went into my wallet to get my credit card because they were closing and my nails were not done yet (I was there for almost two hours). Terrible service. I don't even want to go back for them to fix it because I felt so uncomfortable. I'll go elsewhere.

The lady who waxed my eyebrows was using the same gloves that she was using to do someone's pedicure... EWWWW!!! I just noticed it after she waxed my eyebrows and went back to finish someone's pedicure! PLEASE CHANGE GLOVES.
Also, the eyebrow wax was horrible.... she barely waxed anything so now I have to go home and pluck the eyebrow hairs she missed... what a waste of money.

Lor is THE BEST!!! I really enjoy her facials are AMAZING! She's very pleasant and polite. I'd recommend booking facials with her when you come in. The customer service people can be nice sometimes, depending on who you speak with. There's this one woman, I can't remember her name, but she provides excellent service every time I speak with her over the phone and in person. I've been going there for some time for my facials. I get treated differently by the front desk lady sometimes. Debating If I should find a different spa. Gave this 5 stars only because of Lori's excellent facials!

This place always does the best nails and are very detailed! The staff is also very nice and I like that they take their time to make your nails look great. The atmosphere is also very clean and nice inside

I like this spot overall, nothing too different from other salons but good work and friendly folks. Might be back after covid but the last time I visited (September 2020) there were staff and a customer without a mask. Unfortunately I'm not willing to risk this when the spot down the street takes these precautions.

Terrible nail experience. I got a gel mani and it was all bumpy. Looked terrible. The lady acted like she couldn't tell. She kept filing them down & doing another coat. But they still look terrible. After two hours I gave up & left. Will never go back.

Not wearing masks- just walked right out!
I asked why they weren't wearing them, and she answered with, "I do when I'm working." So when she's walking around the business and talking to people she's not wearing one.

They are open & have face masks for you; thermometer to check your temperature; they've installed plastic shields for precautionary measures; super clean; super friendly staff; they aren't busy at all. Come on over! I'm helping them because they treated me with a first class red-carpet service.

I've been here several times. They do a pretty good job, are super convenient for me, and they serve wine. Winning in my book.

I live in the neighborhood and have been going to this place for 3 years. For those 3 years I have gotten a gel pedicure, more often a gel pedicure deluxe. With the go gel pedicure deluxe it had always been $50 if you got gel. Today I was charged $65. I did notice the new wallpaper, more throw pillows and accents on the pedicure chairs. But when I asked about the price difference and was told, " that always the price." No, it was not, I budget the about for my nails or monthly. I know what the price had been the last 3 years. I have been here several times before but today was the worst experience. The lady that did my pedicure was mediocre. I could have probably done the same or sadly even better myself at home. There was paint left on the side of my toes. Every toenail was a different shape. I understand that each toe is a different shape but they should all at least be squared or round. My feet looked worse leaving than what I came in with.
My SNS experience was even worse. I had to keep asking her to stop filing down my nail so much. She left really bad digs marks on my nails. I kept asking her to stop because

Absolutely amazing! Had my first massage today and it was incredibly relaxing. How in the world did I not realize how fabulous this would be? I truly felt like a new person when I left. I have to admit I was a bit uneasy as I had never had a massage before-but the staff makes you feel very comfortable and very at home. I would highly recommend the one hour massage to anyone. I can’t wait to return next month! Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment ASAP. You’ll thank yourself...

I've given this place a second chance today - and Really sorry I did. My shellac manicure by Henry took 1 hr 15 min, and there was no wait! At the end he looked at it, and asked his co-worker what to do bc the top coat was bubbling and really thick. I had to leave due to time, and they said I could come back when convenient. I have an 8 month old, so that was laughable. I asked to pay when the service was complete, and said I wasn't paying full price. He insisted I still pay full price. I'm pretty flexible and understanding, but when you provide sub par service and inconvenience

My technician took the toe separators off my feet when done, walked to her cart and put them in a drawer full of other toe separators. My utensils- including callous remover- were rinsed off in the water my feet were soaking in.

To say I was grossed out is an understatement.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! I went in to treat myself to a mani/pedi. I was WAY over done on the callous removal, I left with blood all over my shoes! Of course, I panicked and drove home to clean it myself. I called but I don't know the person I spoke to understood how serious the matter was. I emailed the manager and, of course, no reply. So the next day I went by to show them what happened and request a refund. After several minutes of arguing about whether or not I should get a refund or a gift card to come back (I WILL NEVER), they reluctantly returned my money
