Greetings. Please be aware, I almost fell for Bait And Switch for a new furnace ($2500-$3500). Also Better Business Bureau 14789627. I needed to have service done on my furnace. I called their office who in turn had the service guy call me. He was trying to sell me a new furnace on the phone before he even looked at the unit. When he looked at the furnace, he turned it off (which may have been appropriate) and then said you need a new furnace. I have rentals and I use a different HVAC service that I trust a lot and I wanted to check with him (Pifer & Morford Heating - 5 stars). Had Mr Pifer come

They did no work for me. I called for an estimate, They took ten days to replay back when they told me I should be getting a call in a day or two.. The estimator did eventually call, and scheduled an appointment with me for a Saturday Morning. Friday afternoon, he called and said he did not realize that I was so far away (36 miles). I have no trouble with the company having distance limits. But I told them exactly where I lived when I called for the estimate. Extremely unprofessional. Really need to take time to listen to what your customers say, and evaluate whether you can do it, before you go

I only have good things to say about All Shores. We have a cottage close to Higgins Lake that I have slowly renovated in my very limited spare time over the last eight or nine years. I first contacted Wayne at All Shores about five or six years ago to discuss having a new hot water baseboard heating system installed to replace the ancient and irreparable under-floor gravity heat system.
Wayne patiently provided pricing for various baseboard convector and boiler options as we worked to worked to balance aesthetics, energy efficiency and budget. My renovation project took much longer to complete
