Everyone was very nice. I saw a male therapist- I didn’t realize they played relaxing spa music until well into the massage because he talked the whole time. He had pretty good technique, fair intuition, and fair time management.
The policy is you have to wear a mask- which is the least relaxing way I have ever spent $100.

I had a young woman who I think was somewhat new at massage. Her massage technique was good but she missed some of the areas we discussed. I think you have to really be on top of your game when you only have 50 minutes and think of how best to get to the request of your client.
Comes with practice I'm sure! Nice music, comfortable setting and very relaxing!

Boy! Woke up this AM and my back was killing me. My daughter had given me a gift card to Hand & Foot in Chino Hills. Yes! Call them up at 9:15 just after opened and made an appointment for deep tissue message 10 AM, prefect. Jump in my truck walk in the place and wait 6 to 7 minutes while the gale was on the phone and then she says you must… John. Here for a firm massage. I said no, deep tissue? She said i dont have anyone here that does deep tissue (DT). I siad i just called and you said you did. She said no i didn't. Really! She said she couldn't only do a swiss massage that's all

UPDATE: I recently went back to this location and had a wonderful experience with a different masseuse. Sadly one of my BFFs got the guy I had last time and she described a similar experience like what I described previously.
I usually love Hand & Stone and have been a member for almost a year now, but I must say I was disappointed by my recent visit at this location. I was visiting from Texas with my BFF and thought it would be nice for us to relax. I got a one hour massage. The therapist did not use enough pressure even though I asked for it. I also mentioned I needed more work on my back and
