Valtinson was recommended to me by a close friend after they helped her with some estate planning. They are long time customers of my friend’s parents as well. Then, when I had a highly complex situation come up with my families estate planning, they came to the rescue. I couldn’t have figured it out or managed without them. Very competent and responsive. They also do an excellent job with simple and more difficult taxes. I’ve seen them in action with another friend in a complex situation as a widow and they were great.

Was a client of someone that retired and Valtinson took over her business. Couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of follow up, the two months that it took them to file my taxes (submitted far before the deadline) and the fact that David refuses to return phone calls. My taxes are about as basic as they come. They cashed my check and sent me an invoice for an additional $115 dollars due, never calling to notify me first that they didn't receive payment in full before starting to process my taxes. Would not recommend them unless you want absolute garbage customer service.

Valtinson Arciero Taxes services, in 25 years of owning various small businesses was the poorest service that I have ever received. Business tax information was turned in in March 2017 and tax extension was filed. Many times David said was working on taxes and that the taxes would be completed and the work was never finished. The deadline came and went this fall David Arciero sent an email that they would not be able to do our business taxes and sent our tax information back.
