Can I choose where I want my vehicle repaired even if the insurance is paying and suggest I bring it to one of their Direct Repair facilities?. It is difficult to accurately estimate damages over the telephone. Although we always welcome inquiries, it is preferred that we actually see the vehicle in order to make a fair and precise estimate of damages.

Rich is wonderful and so is the lady in the office. Friendly, and as a women they treat me fairly. Always they make time for YOU and they’re in good spirits. This is the second time I’ve gotten my progressive insurance verification done by them, and it is always worth the drive out of town. Thank you guys!

My husband and I were very grateful that Richard was next to us during the 4th of July fireworks spectator area when we could not get our son's handicapped car chair to go back inside the car. He went above and beyond to purchase and deliver the wrench we needed and help us remove the seat so we could get our son home in a safe and timely manner.
