I would like to introduce myself, my name is Chris Ivy the owner of Town and Country Property Inspections based in Graves county KY. Fulton. Mayfield area. As many of my clients and or their agents meet me for the first time at or after the inspection, I like to provide a little background information about myself.
I take a great deal of pride in my home inspections. I feel that you should get the best home inspection possible. Many times when people call they ask "what is included in a home inspection?". The answer to that question is not a short one, as we include many items in our home inspections. For example the roof, plumbing, heating, electrical, doors, windows, and so many other items.

Chris Ivy is an exemplary inspector. A realtor friend of mine recommended him and I see why. He communicated clearly about what I could expect and was timely. He had me come at the end of his inspection for a walkthrough of everything he noted, good and bad. His report was succinct, comprehensive, and easy to understand with simple descriptors to gauge urgency and included embedded pictures, videos, and a great summary at the end. 10/10

Chris was available pre and post inspection to discuss the inspection and any worries/finds. He was very professional, and his report was detailed with pictures, videos and data to support his findings. I would, and have, recommend Chris as buying a home is a big investment, and having Chris in your corner helps you make the best and informed decision.

It was a pleasure working with Chris. Being from out of state I was very concerned about the type of inspection that would be done on my potential new home. I was very satisfied with Chris's Home Inspection. The final inspection report was very detailed and even included pictures detailing all of his findings. I picked Town & Country based on other reviews, and I am so glad I did. Chris was super easy to communicate with which was extra helpful because we live out of state. He showed up on time and was very thorough. The owner of the house we were looking at had disclosed some issues, but Chris found SO MUCH MORE. Because of his good work, we did not buy a money pit. Will ABSOLUTELY use him to do our next inspection.
