I am extremely happy with the deliverables and accurate portrayal. Octa Animations implemented all change requests and worked in a fast turnaround. If I could give them zero stars I would. I'd seriously recommend steering clear of this company. From the looks of other reviewers it looks like we are not the only ones who received ZERO response after a few weeks of working with them. They not only halted one project but two after taking our money, with no way of contacting them. When I went to chat on their website to see what was going on (because the phone number didn't work) they told me I needed to buy a special package for $200 that would allow me to speak with those in charge of my video. I don't leave reviews often, but Joseph, Cynthia and Victoria have been an amazing to work with. When covid hit, it was difficult to continue with traditional film shoots, but OCTA stepped in to the rescue with remote-friendly animated videos for my clients.
