I was happy with them for a few years covering renters insurance but then switched to be combine renters with my auto company to get a discount, so I cancelled with granite. They told me I'd get a refund and it was cancelled, but it's been a month, I haven't received my refund, AND I was charged for this month too. I'll be calling Monday, but this shouldn't have happened.
I received a not so pleasant text over the weekend regarding this review and how they were not responsible and blamed the carrier, Grange. Funny though, because when I contacted Grange TODAY (3/26) directly about being charged

Granite Risk Advisors is an incredible group of professionals. Andy Blanco selected the best insurance for our business, as well as supporting us with insurance for our new home. When lightning struck the house 3 months after we moved in, burning it and all of our belongings to the ground, we found out just how good the insurance package he created… for us really was. Kyle was more than helpful! I purchased a new car and when I told him about the safety features, he said I qualified for more discounts. So not only did he try to save me money with my regular car insurance, I qualified for more discounts because he listened to me and knows what questions to ask. He was extremely helpful and patience with all my questions. I won't go to anybody else

SUPER UNRESPONSIVE at this office once they have your business. Had a good relationship with Todd Klie at this office at the outset. I feel like he went to bat for me when Encompass wouldn't pony up on coverage that Todd assured me I had. So to that end maybe he went to bat or maybe he just gave me misinformation that he had to end up covering for, but at any rate, he got it sorted. However, earlier this year, I needed a simple document to be provided that ANY insurance/agent would be able to provide (I know from experience), but they gave me everything other than what I needed.
