Grogan Clean Care is a locally owned and operated company in Nacogdoches, TX. We began cleaning carpet in the East Texas area in 1984 and have been here ever since. In 2001, we began hand-washing oriental rugs in our new, state-of-the-art facility and have never looked back. In May of 2011 Andi and John Howell had the privilege of purchasing Grogan Clean Care, LLC from the Grogan family.
The only thing we've changed is the owners. We still strive to provide our customers with quality, reliable service. Our goal is to return your property to pre-loss condition in the shortest time possible, with the least possible disruption to your home or office. We do this with technicians that are highly trained both in the field and in the classroom.

You won't see where the spill occurred.
Grogan Clean Care has the equipment and expertise to effectively remove dirt from the carpet. Why take a chance with rented equipment that can leave the carpet too wet or that leaves detergent behind? We use a van-powered unit not a portable machine. The van-powered unit not only allows us to heat our water it also provides more extraction ability over a portable unit.

Grogan Carpet Clean Care in Nacogdoches. Awful service! After 10 months, they finally found my four rugs I had been there three times to pick up. They had not done the repair on the work order. Now I'm not even sure my rugs are clean $240 and 10 months later. They were not there at the agreed upon time even though we set it the day before and I called 30 minutes before. My experiences with them every time (4) have been awful. I try to give local businesses the benefit of the doubt. I don't want anyone else to go through this with Grogan Carpet Care. Highly discourage using them.
