Top Line Fence Company was established in January of 2016 with the partnership of Matt and Jennifer Keefe. Matt had 15 years' experience in the commercial fence industry with the largest fence company in Georgia. Jennifer had 22 years' experience in small business administration with several different industries.
The two decided to combine their skills and form their first family business, Top Line Fence Company. With our passion for fences and ambition to do quality work; it's our mission to set ourselves apart by providing a quality product and workmanship with excellent customer service. Excellent customer service. This fence was not pre-install like you buy at Home Depot but each slat was individually built right on site. Workmanship was outstanding. I love my fence! It looks amazing, even better than I imagined it would look! Matt was also very flexible on when he could come out and talk to me about the quote to work around my busy work schedule.

Best fence company! Best prices, best service, and fast crew. Crew showed up 2 weeks early (thank goodness because we just got a new puppy), started at 9ish and finished around 3. Not only was the crew fast, they took all the dirt from the holes with them. They washed the fence after they were finished and touched up any scratches from installation. Matt and Jennifer were great communicators and had that “Chick-fil-A” style of customer service. Thank you so much for being great!

I am a first time homeowner who was looking to close in my fence and put in a drive through gate. I'm a woman, and I am pretty young, so some of the people I got estimates from were a little condescending, but Top Line was great! Listened to what I needed, gave me a couple of estimates that I could easily understand, and trusted me to make the right decision. When the time to install it came around, they communicated with me, worked quickly, and did exactly what I needed. I am so happy and would 100% use them again!

Top Line Fence is the BEST! They did what no other fence company was willing to do this year--effectively and efficiently communicate, SHOW UP and complete the (5' high black chainlink fence) project for exactly what they quoted. BONUS! They showed up a week before our scheduled installation date. While businesses in so many industries cannot find workers, we watched Top Line's crew beyond bust their buns to install our entire project in one day. In the rain! We called so many fence contractors this year and put all our eggs in one basket with one local person who dragged his feet with us since

Matt and his crew were extremely professional. Matt took a great deal of time explaining what we needed to do because our property line was very complicated. Matt and his crew were on-time and worked until the job was completed. Part-way through, I had to make a change. Matt was very accommodating. Very reasonable pricing.
