I have been covered by State Farm for ten years. Our family has made a few claims and expanded different areas of coverage. Through it all, the staff at Dave Walbom's office has guided and educated me through my choices. I highly recommend this office. It's a small town neighbor feeling that just doesn't exist anymore.

I called Dave Walbom's office the week of 10/11/21 to get an insurance quote for home and auto coverage. We reside in Toledo and were previously with AmFam. Our auto policies renewed in September and I was shocked to see the 6 month premium. We have a 2018 Chevy Cruze, 2019 Cadillac XT4 and a 2020 Buick Encore GX. AmFam 6 month premium was $1,972.00!! When I called State Farm, I spoke with Julie. She is extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking to her. I have been a customer of Dave's since the early to mid-'90s. Over the years, he provided me with renters insurance, car insurance, and homeowners...never a problem! It was always the best customer service, and when I had to make a claim, it was easy. I remained a customer until 2018, when I got married and jumped over to my spouse's insurance. It didn't take me long to realize the difference. Unfortunately, it took my "better half" a bit longer to see the light. WE SWITCHED BACK TO DAVE THIS WEEK! Julie H. is the most patient, non-pushy Insurance Representative I have ever dealt with. She helped save me hundreds monthly on my home and auto premiums without me having to ask any questions to push for these savings ( I would not have known to ask and it is appreciated). She is extremely responsive and is able to effectively deal with clients via email, text, voicemail, etc. for those who are limited with time to discuss on the phone. Her expertise is very much appreciated. Do yourself a favor and reach out to her and the team.
