Services
We have an unwavering dedication to the development of our kids with our child care in Vineland, New Jersey. In May of 1989, DiBiase Day Care opened its doors to more than 120 children, aged newborn through 4 years of age. A private center; family owned and operated, it was this sense of family, we believe, that helped us create and strengthen the ties we were able to form so quickly within our community.
The purpose of DIBIASE BABY STEPS is to provide a safe, warm, caring, and consistent atmosphere in which children's physical, emotional, and academic needs are met. It is in this type of setting that we hope to instill in our students, attitudes, values, skills and a knowledge base that will enable them to lead happy and productive lives.
HighScope is an "active learning" educational approach. Active learners have direct, hands-on experiences with people, objects, and events that encourage them to think, imagine, and problem-solve. In a climate of trust our children will construct an understanding of the world around them.
They are permitted to make choices based on their desire to explore the environment with all their senses while teachers, caregivers, and parents offer physical, emotional, and intellectual support. In active learning settings, adults support and challenge children's thinking with diverse materials thoughtful conversations, and nurturing interactions.

Dibiase has completely exceeded our expectations for a daycare for our infant. The staff is always friendly, kind and upfront about any issues with our child. They have done a great job navigating the current climate with Covid and other child related illnesses. Communication is excellent, quality of care is great and our child loves going there every day!

Babies are cute , director and receptionist are kind as can be… staff on the other hand cannot be trusted. They talk behind your back and smile in your face. Especially the ones who claim to be “nice”. Watch out coworkers, parents and students all being trash talked by staff who believe they are doctors/ perfect parents … etc

My daughter has been going here since she was 5 months old. She's two and a half now and she has loved every minute she's been here. The staff have loved her like she was their own. They are so sweet and responsive, always letting us know about even the smallest accidents so we aren't caught off guard. We get pictures throughout the week of what our kiddo is working on, and she is always excited to go in every morning. We have loved having her here and highly recommend Baby Steps to anyone who needs a warm, loving environment for their babies!

The best day care ever! My son has been going here since he was 4 months old. When he first started, he was very fussy and colicky. The staff reassured me that everything will be okay and that he will break out of it. They had so much patience with him. My little Ezra has made so many improvements. Ms.Erica, Ms.Elizabeth & Ms.Betsy have helped me multiple times when I was in a time of need, never have they hesitated. Everyone at Dibiase baby steps are very LOVING AND KIND. They treat my baby and I like we are family and that’s why I love it the most. ❤️

This daycare is absolutely amazing ! My son has been going here since he was six months and he's been treated like a little prince. When he was 7 months he had his first seizure at the school and they took amazing care of him and loved on him into I got there. I wouldn't pick any other daycare for my child. They are safe, clean, and over loving. If you ever have a problem the director Erika will fix it. Even the secretary is absolutely amazing, she's helpful and knows what she's doing if you have any trouble. Erika and her staff are amazing people who made my first daycare experience with my first

My son loves DiBiase Baby Steps and he's only 20months and doing tons of activities there. He comes home and brings me something new everyday. When ever I go pick him up, I sneak in and see that he is playing very well with the other children. His teachers r amazing I can tell that they love their babies so much. They talk to me respectfully and the director has a nice beautiful heart.

My daughter was enrolled at DiBiase Baby Steps when she was just 3 months old. She spent time in all 4 classrooms before she moved up to DiBiase Preschool this September at the age of 3. The teaching staff in each of the classrooms took wonderful care of our baby. My daughter truly loves all of her teachers from Baby Steps and they made sure that she also felt loved. They provided her with a warm, loving, and safe environment while also providing the best curriculum to develop her motor, language, and social skills. The schools are always very clean and the classrooms are bright and fun! My daughter

I think this is the perfect school for fun, educational activities! My grandmother and grandfather own both schools. I see these teachers every day. They always have an eye on every child, and treat them with love like every parent does at home. They will always inform the parents if anything happened to their child. They are very responsible. If you are looking for a well run preschool or infant and toddler care, this is definitely the right place to go!

I don't write reviews much. But this place is horrible. I want all moms to know that this is the most unfriendly and unprofessional daycare in NJ. The director is plain rude and would call you if you interact with their teachers as if she does not trust her staff. Well the staff is not nice any ways. They have too many kids in one class and the service level is horrible.
I took my son there and he was bitten by another kid twice. Her words to me "WELL THAT HAPPENS" not twice in one week. Obviously they don't know how to handle kids. My son had a diaper rash, when I talked to the teacher, the director
