I have always loved food and helping others. When I started teaching healthy lifestyle classes for Memorial Hospital in 2013, I learned a lot about the health status of my community and the day-to-day struggles individuals face with healthy living. This encouraged me to start a business as a way to help others with healthy lifestyle change.

I am proud to announce that my A1C went from 7.0 to 5.9 in a years time and I couldn't have done it without Elaina as my health coach. In this book, Elaina elevates ingredients, cuisines, and traditional dishes and transforms them into healthy plant-based versions for the home cook. Get your family into the kitchen with you and cook your way to eating a balanced diet, and improving your health. Cooking Healthy will not only change how you prepare foods, but also help you find a new way to enjoy what you eat, every day.
Cooking classes offered 8 to 9 times a month and range from home cook classes to more chef inspired class. Classes are held at Healthy Eats Classroom and are open to the general public. Private classes are available for buisness events, birthday parties, or just get togethers with friends and family.

This was my second class and I loved it just as much. Elaina and all her volunteers are super knowledgeable and everyone there is having a great time. Both classes I've ended up attending by myself but it's such a friendly environment I haven't minded. It's a total blast though with friends and even great for parent kid time or date night. I am SO glad you have such a variety of classes and now it's just up to saving money so I can catch them all. I hate wasting food so getting to learn new dishes here is perfect. I have now attended 4 cooking classes with Elaina Moon, two of which I hosted in my own home with friends. Elaina does fantastic in accommodating for all food allergy and food sensitivities if present, she guides the class patiently and is also knowledged on the nutrient content of food and how it helps to prevent chronic disease as a teaching component for those curious about such questions. All her recipes are designed by her with a plant based focus and every dish I’ve tried has been delicious! I look forward to hosting more classes in my home, she makes them fun!

I have taken more cooking classes than I can count with Elaina, including two private classes in my home. Not only are these fun and informational, but they are realistic and delicious. Elaina's recipes are really relatively simple and step-by-step, with mostly pretty normal, readily accessible ingredients - but taste fresh, healthy and gourmet! Many of her recipes have become favorites that I've made time and again, and many more are just waiting for an opportunity for me to make again. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the classes that Elaina and her guest chefs have put together. I love that you get so many different recipes with each class. All of the instructors have really put together fun meals that combine ingredients you may not normally use to give you food that is very flavorful. The instructors are also great at giving you ingredient swaps as need, which can be really helpful. It's also a just a really fun and supportive learning environment so if plant-based cooking, or cooking in general, are new to you these are great classes!

I have taken several of Elaina’s classes. You can tell she puts a lot of effort into them. Each class has new and delicious recipes. I especially love the hands on ones. She has everything prepped and laid out so assembly is easy. She is always there to answer questions and help.Tasting what you and others have created is the highlight of every class.
