This company tried to charge me $1,000 to replace a pressure tank. Which I have no plumbing experience and was still able to go to the store(lowes) a hour away and get what I needed to do it by myself and was able to do it the same day for $150 they will try to rob u blind. The tech that showed up was nice and respectfull but thier prices r un godly. Which they still charged me $125 to come out which they said was for the service they provided which they did nothing. I had already told them what I thought the problem was when I called them out. Which I was correct.

When my water went out they came out the same day, within 4 hours and I was a new customer! They diagnosed and installed a new pump. They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable and provided excellent service from the both the office staff and technicians. I highly recommend!!!

My well pump went out at our barn suddenly Friday afternoon. It was about 85 degrees, my animals were hot and thirsty, and we were leaving for vacation the next day. I called Royal about 1:00 that afternoon and they had someone on site less than 2 hours later. I could not be more pleased with their service

We could not be more pleased with the service we have received from Royall. Both times we have used them for our rental property, the response has been quick, the hourly rates were explained before work commenced, the problem addressed and fixed and I received a follow up call to discuss the issue. Not only are the office staff helpful and courteous but the service technician Paul was so friendly and seemed happy to respond to our problem even though it was on a Saturday and a few days before Christmas. We could not recommend Royall any higher!

I scheduled a well water test and house filter replacement. I was told they would be to my house early on a Friday. At 8 am I called and asked what the estimated time was and was told they had moved me to the second appointment and it would now be between 10 - 1130. At 1130 I called after they had not arrived and was informed that they had run into a problem at the first site and did not know when they would get to me. This is ridiculous. They should have communicated with me to let me know they would not be able to make the appointment instead of just leaving me hanging. I will never use this

My well pump broke on Tuesday leaving me with no water, I called Royal Pump & Well and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. Steve said they wouldnt be able to replace my pump untill Thursday however they fit me into the schedule and had my well up and running Wednesday morning. Great company, highly recommend.
