Relmwest has the highest turn over rate in upper management positions. Cut wages work longer weeks/hrs and let experienced production employees go to make room on payroll for inexperienced new upper management and supervisors with high salaries and little to no knowledge of the industry standards. All new employees are hired strictly thru Temp agencies to pay less in wages and medical. No sales representative or marketing tools to generate new customers. No reviews, no raises, no incentive for employees just false hope and lies.
