Once again, Camilla to my rescue! Went for a trim (a MUST when growing/maintaining long hair) and my scalp felt dry and itchy from the changing seasons so she recommended a hair mask. Never knew those existed. Immediately my scalp and hair felt hydrated. She also taught me a quick easy tip in styling my hair. Thank you!!

I came to do laser treatment on my face for acne scars. It costed $500 for 10 mins and because I was experiencing some pain and pulling away, she got frustrated with me and quit early. She then commenced to tell me she normally goes to 2000 but only got up to 1000 in whatever measurements they use. So why I wasn’t refunded or had to pay full price? is beyond me, however I gave it a shot to see what would happen In the next couple of weeks. She described that I would basically experience some shedding and some crusting of the skin and redness and none of that happened. So, Basically I paid $500

Everything went smoothly. I like that the price was agreed on ahead of time. Also appreciate when places do text appointment reminders. it does definitely hurt more than getting a tattoo, but is much, much faster. Mine are inner forearm. The wrist area I had to just breathe and focus only on that, the rest was less intense. Whole thing was super quick, staff were nice and professional, there were no errors, and the procedure itself was a breeze. I'd absolutely recommend it to others seeking this service. It was my first session so it will be a while before I see serious results, so can't comment

I was greeted promptly at the door by Friendly staff. I arrived a few minutes early, and Camilla was ready to go. We went to her chair and I advised I have not had my hair cut in over a year. She listened to what I wanted in my haircut, and followed through with a great trim and blow out. The salon was not crowded and very clean. I will definitely be back.

They have good equipment (lasers for skin treatment, floating bath, sauna) and the professional staff who works there appears to be good and knowledgeable.
However, the front desk service is unacceptable. You definitely aren't greeted properly, don't feel welcomed and aren't explained anything or shown around. You feel ignored - very frustrating, especially when you come for the first time.
Using infrared sauna isn't a good idea at this place. No dressing rooms, resting rooms or showers (or at least we weren't informed about any of those). So you sweat at the sauna, and then have to wipe yourself
