I can’t say enough good about Dr.Akbik and his team. Two years ago I felt hopeless and helpless in regards of my unrelenting chronic pain. I had considered ending things. However, a nurse that worked for Dr.Akbik recommended that I go to see him.
I did and soon began to feel hope where I had none previously. Dr.Akbik promised me that he would never give up until he found a solution.I have done everything that he suggested and he has minimized my pain as promised.
Mandy, Gabbie, Gemma, Diane have been a blessing and no small part in allowing me to feel hopeful again.

The most condescending office staff I have ever dealt with in all of my life. From the referral call , to scheduling and overall disdain displayed by these people face to face is simply sad. Complete power trip in display. I will tell everyone I know. Even worse is I never even made it to the doctor himself and he probably doesn't know how awful they treat people.

I’ve been with Dr. Akbik’s since he was at Mercy Fairfield. I’ve never ever had an issue with him and the one time I did we sat down and talked about it and it was resolved. Not only is he a nice man, he’s an awesome doctor he’s humble and he knows how to really care for his patience. His staff is awesome, although I’ve seen some come and go, there’s never been an issue with anyone there. They are professional and respectful and if you need a pain doctor this is where you should go. Now I must warn you he does not put up with foolishness so if you have a bad track record from previous

This was the worst doctor's office ever. Very unprofessional and poor patient care. From the staff at the front desk to the medical team. The are not following HIPAA policy nor OSHA! I will definitely be reporting them. I am NP and the experience here was horrible!! Please be careful especially with this office not following safety policy for their patient. If I could give this the practice NO Stars I would have.
