Walk in LOF. Was fast, straight to the point, and I was on my way in 10 mins.

We were stuck overnight with a flat tire on our trailer Joel's was open at 7 a.m. came right out to help us, had everything we needed. These guys are awesome and kind and I never seen a cleaner ladies bathroom in a tire shop in my life. love Joel's !

Excellent people came out and fix the tire and I had got two pair so they follow me back to the shop and fix it for $100 all together. Better than being stuck on the side of freeway. Thanks again Joel

Joel's tire in Selah is the fastest most efficient readily accommodating tire shop I've ever been to with the best customer service I've ever experienced and I want to give special mention and thanks to Jason for going above and beyond to help me .........thanks Jason you're Amazing

Excellent customer service and offers quality tires. Believe it or not, they actually usa a torque wrench to install your tires on the hub instead of just hammering the nuts on with an impact. They will always have my business.

I got a flat in selah and les schwab refused service even though we informed them we have 5 children and their grandmother waiting for us to get home i called these guys they didn't hesitate to help put my spare on my rim so i could get home thank you Joel's tire

I can only speak of my own experiences with Joel's Tire. So far, it has been a good experience for my issues with tires. Reading the past two reviews made me a bit leary of buying tires and having these put on my 2006 Mustang GT; however, they did a great job of ordering acceptable tires and putting them on my Mustang. Austin and Bill are the two names that I remember and a lady helped me order the tires. The was affordable for me and she told me that these were a good tire for over the mountain driving (to go to Seattle, etc.), better than the higher performance tires.

Took a tire to get patched up and right as I drove home my tire went completely flat. Went back days later and had really rude customer service seemed like I was a bother to them and thanks to them not fixing my tire correctly I had to purchase another tire. The guy that had "fixed" my tire swore that I must've hit something else and that it wasn't his fault that my tire went flat again when I know for a fact the issue was a nail that he took out of the tire on that previous visit.

Awesome guys, super helpful and nice people overall! These guys always do a great job with whatever u need done to your vehicle, the alignment guy even told me if I needed any mechanical work done to my cars to bring it to him, that is very comforting to hear and know that a employee goes above and beyond to recommend there service. Definitely recommend these guys.

We were just in to put air in our tires-should be an easy thing. However, the guy who "helped" us first walked away from us and then proceeded to take air out of our tires. He didn't look to see what the pressure was supposed to be but instead just made some inaccurate presumptions. We won't be back. Heading to Les Schwab.

The 2 times I have taken my vehicles into Joel's Tire, they have been honest and friendly. They were able to save me money on my repairs. I appreciate that they don't rip people off and look out for their customers. I will definitely recommend them and take my vehicles to them in the future.

Always had such good luck but... today upon noticing another flat tire I limped in (on my planning period from school) excited to find only one other vehicle being serviced and thought oh good I can take care of this quickly. Ten minutes later they had not started on my tire. Instead there was another vehicle, with a trailer load of hay they were… helping before me. I was there before this truck and trailer. I was shocked why they would help someone before me? They didn’t even offer to put some air in my flat tire so I could safely get somewhere. I ran to bimart, bought fix a flat

Customer service..failed.
3 hrs for alignment and to have a lug nut stud replaced. Major lack of communication. No 'sorry this took so long'. No 'sorry we damaged your back brakes' when we put the lug nut stud on. Made a family member late for work. Had to go back less than an hour later because they damaged something with the brakes.
If it was going to take so long to get the part; I'd said 'forget it'. BUT they failed to let me know whats going on.

Quality spot located just off 40th and the freeway in Yakima. I needed a set of winter tires on fairly short order, and these guys were able to get what I needed and get the tires put on in very quick fashion!

These guys really easy to work with over the phone, or able to get something from out of town and delivered within 24 hours. They called me when the tires were in, and were able to get me in right away to get them put on the car. They were super professional, and made the experience about as painless as it could've been.

Never again. !! Have gone to Joel's ever since they opened on 40th. Always got my tires there. Got a nail in my truck tire, so hey I'll go to Joel's. Big mistake. ! I'm a woman and blonde and they treated me as a stupid one. Tire was worn . They said against the law to remove it because of the worn tire on the inside. Nail was on the outer part. Another guy comes in and says she needs all new tires. Guys u only raised the truck on one side with a jack. Not on the ramps. You saw all the tires worn?? Really? Took it to dealership today. Common wear and tear, no need for tires

5$ each for valve stems really? Highway robbery! Never go back again ! I would of paid 2$ each but 5$ is just plain outrageous! Amazon had bags of 25 for 6$. USA made! Be here tomorrow! Internet got the business today!

Joels in the best tire place in town! The selection of tires is solid - they have both new and used tires which can help you get decent tires with your budget. The same goes for rims, floor mats, and other accessories. They can get basically any brand of tires, except Toyo.

I use joels primarily for switching out snow tires and summer tires. Storage of your tires is now $50 per year, which is still pretty fair. It used to be free, but they had someone break in and steal a bunch of tires - jumping up insurance costs. I figure $1/tire/month is about right. If you purchased your tires here

I was driving through town meeting up with an old friend when my low tire pressure light came on. My friend said to stop by Joel's Tires, they should be able to look at it. Without hesitation the front desk checked my tire pressure and all were 5psi low. He filled them up, light eventually went out after a minute and I drove home safe 3 hours later. This place is awful do not go here. When I first ordered tires and rims it took me five times before they actually ordered them. Then the wheels proceeded not to fit and they won't take them back. No customer service at all the store manager Erik was short with me and proceeded to argue with me every step of the way. This shop does not do good work!

Amazing Customer Service!!!! These guys were great. I went to Les schwab and they were horrible so I called Joel's. Not only were they $200 cheaper, but they treat you with respect. They Were so kind, I really felt taken care of! Thank you guys!!

I got my brakes done at Joel's several months ago. They did a fantastic job, they were fast friendly and charged a fair price. Today I went to check to see if they did oil changes. It is actually not a routine thing they do, HOWEVER.... They completely accommodated me! They did a fast, professional and great job. I highly recommend their services! Thanks Joel's!
