I called on behalf of a client and the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. After the decided to deny coverage i asked for more information about the denial and the front desk clerk kept cutting me off and repeat themselves trying to get me off the phone. I understand you don't want to do business but i would at least like to know the "why" part of it. And if you didnt want to stay on the phone with me why would YOU call me back?

The people at the Strack insurance office are always very professional, and are respectful of my time and handicap. I currently carry automobile insurance and a Property and Casualty policy. And when it's time for renewal they have all the paperwork ready for my signatures upon my arrival. Very pleasant people to do business with.
