About a year and a half ago we had a small window crack right before we went to Disneyland. I called mid coast glass and they fixed my window within a couple hours saving my vacation.
So when it was time to replace some windows, they were the first place I called and I am so glad I did! They did an awesome job! We had them install 2 windows and a sliding glass door. The communication is fantastic. We called them for an estimate on a major project and a small window. They took a few weeks to mail us an estimate. We called with questions, and to ask them to fix the small window, and they NEVER got back to us. That's not how I would run a business. Got a better estimate with another business who returned our calls and answered our questions.
