I would like to extended my appreciation to Dr. Randel. I had left a message on his emergency number, he call me back with in 10 mins. I explained to him what had happened to my grandson. He got them right in and took the up most care with him. It was the scariest feeling we have ever had, he erased my daughter though it by explaining everything to her and has continued to touch base with her to see how's he doing. Doc I can't tell you how much I appropriate what you did and continue to do. you are a kind and caring person not to many out there like you Thank You for the bottom of my heart

From the moment for an emergency appointment the staff was very caring. I had never been here before. I walked in and Brandy made me feel super welcome and relaxed. She helped me through all the intake paperwork with a bright and a great attitude and earned my return business. Chase made the procedure quick and painless and talked me through everything. I would give this business 10 stars if I could... Worth every penny.

Our family had a great experience at Complete Family Eye Care. All staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and Dr. Rudolph was very knowledgeable. Kristin in particular was amazing!! She helped us pick out and fit our glasses all the while entertaining our rambunctious 2 year old by letting him sit on her lap while she worked. He was absolutely making her job harder to do but she never acted annoyed or put out by it and we were able to pick our new frames that we really loved as a result. The glasses came in super quick and since they are open til 5:30pm, I was able to run by after work

Dr. Chase Rudolph is clearly very knowledgable and passionate about his practice. I walked in as a new patient and immediately felt welcome by a clean facility, friendly staff and advanced technology. I received information about my eye health that I had not been previously offered at prior eye care facilities. I would highly recommend Dr. Chase Rudolph and Complete Family Eyecare!

I can’t get over have fast my eye appointment was. I was in and out with a prescription. The equipment was advanced and fast. The staff was super helpful and efficient! Brandy greeted me with a smile and helped me with my trial contacts and Dr. Rudolph helped me find the perfect pair for my extremely dry eyes. He was also so patient with my twin 1yr old boys. I have my whole family go to him now and I would recommend him to anyone. Great service!

As a new patient, I was very nervous about the costs of everything with insurance. Catherine was very helpful, she explained the costs and the discounts. For years I've worn just basic Walmart prescription glasses, Catherine explained how the lenses in my new glasses are to help with damage brought on by computer screens (as I sit behind one all day for work). She even convinced me to try the transition lenses. I cannot wait to pick up my new glasses.

From the first time I called Complete Family Eye Care I have never received such a positive and professional experience in a doctor office. Dr Rudolph was so patient in explaining what I needed to correct my vision and his staff was always smiling and greeted me as if they were glad to see me. The pricing was very fair and quality of products are far superior to others. As for me and my family Complete Family Eye Care will always be our choice.

For a pleasant and professional experience, I highly recommend Complete Family Eye Care. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rudolph was very thorough with his exam and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. When it was time to select my frames, I was actually overwhelmed by the awesome selection there was to choose from. Luckily a friendly staff member was there to help and picked out a perfect pair for me. I expected to wait a couple weeks for my new glasses, but they were ready in just a couple days. I appreciate great service and that’s exactly what I received
