Ordered the Showroom Detail and was extremely excited with all the reviews. They picked up my car and dropped it off which was extremely convenient but once I inspected the car a lot of details were missed. Quite noticeable dealership paperwork residue glue was left on the left side passenger window, residue glue from window tinting was left on both front door window switches and removed "DO NOT LOWER WINDOWS" sticker (removed by me prior to having work done) was still inside cup holder, had to wipe down every window internally to remove cleaning product streaks/residue left behind. Had a great experience with the team there. They made the transaction easy and stress free. Also provided concierge service, which was a nice touch. The work itself was excellent and no complaints. I was especially happy when I got my car back to not see any shiny/greasy Armor-All type products. It was a high quality job. Would recommend and will come back again.

They wasted so little of my time that I honestly thought it was sketchy at first.

They texted me to confirm & set a pickup time
They picked up my car and quickly went over what I wanted done again
Took the car
Called me to ask when they could bring it back
Brougjt it back at that time
Emailed me a bill the next day
In total I think I spent 2 minutes talking to anyone from Carrectly. If you're like me, that is 100% ideal 😂
My car looks as good or better than it did when I first drove it off the lot, while taking up ~0 of my time

communication, professionalism, and concierge service were great. We had a simple interior and exterior cleaning. The final product was a bit disappointing. We have a phone mount on our dashboard that was dislodged/ unstuck and cannot be fixed. The windows were a bit smeared in places. There were still spots of dirt on the exterior.
I would try them again letting them know of these issues based on the convenience.

I tried Carrectly after reading good reviews about it, and I must say they exceeded my expectations, and come highly recommended from me for the following 3 reasons:
1. Very thorough and timely in terms of communication. They kept me informed of all updates through calls and messaging but never invaded my personal space
2. Pick up and drop off service is optimal, safe and extremely convenient, especially if you live in downtown
3. They didn’t try to dupe me into paying extra - they genuinely mentioned the problems and only repaired what was actually needed. The integrity in their work is commendable

A friend of mine recommended Carrectly after I got back from an extended trip to northern Michigan with my dogs and my car was covered in dirt, hair, sand and leaves. I kid you not - it looks nicer now than it did when I took it home from the dealership. Impeccably clean, no weird smells, super communicative and timely service, not to mention convenient! Can't recommend enough.

Like some others, I too was nervous handing over the keys to my beloved car to an unknown person on the street, despite the hours of Google research I had undertaken on this company revealing they were copasetic. This weekend I used Carrectly for some detailing on my car. I have a little one, so naturally my car is a bit messy with crumbs and spills. From the easy scheduling to picking up my car, it was seemless. When I've had to drop my car off at other detail spots, I usually have to plan a ride with a friend. The concierge at Carrectly takes out that inconvenience. Everyone was polite, professional and I'm very satisfied with the results. I've attached before and after pictures to show the awesome work.

The check engine light came on right before I had to take my car for the emissions test. Carrectly guys inspected the car, determined and fixed the problem, so I was able to pass the test with no problems. The price was fair and the service exceptional. Moreover, they picked up and dropped off my car at the scheduled time, so I didn't have to drive around Chicago looking for an available mechanic. They even offered to take the car to the emissions testing facility for me, which tells me they are confident in their repairs and stand by their work. Overall, I've been satisfied with their service
