Get ready for years of colorful comfort in this robust cotton T-Shirt, available in a spectrum of lively hues. 5.3 oz., pre-shrunk 100% cotton Blackberry, Heather Military Green, Heather Red, Heather Sapphire, Russet and Tweed are 50/50 cotton/polyester. Antique Cherry Red, Antique Irish Green, Antique Jade Dome, Antique Orange, Antique Sapphire and Sport Grey are 90/10 cotton/polyester.
Better the quality of artwork you provide, the better the print will be. Screen printing starts with the Artwork. If the design has multiple colors then separate positive films needs to be printed for all colors in black color. Each color screen is exposed with UV light, burning image into emulsion.

I am extremely impressed the craftsmanship of this business. We had a couple t-shirts made there and watching them work is like watching an artist paint. Everyone there is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I currently live in Houston, Texas, and could go anywhere to get embroidery work done, but I made sure my husband packed my jacket in his truck knowing he would be in Houghton and could take it Diamond House. So happy we found this little gem. We will be back again and again. I will be sure to post pics of my jacket when my husband returns.
