Mr peter you need to show some respect for drivers time and take that sign off that says dont leave bad reviews like you can do something or care about it. If you choose to come here if you are lucky maybe you get load on time otherwise longgggg waiting here. There is drivers who already here before us. Waiting for 5 hour still not loaded. Very bad 👎 👎👎👎👎

They delivered an order to our business. Called in advance for an appointment. Showed up within designated time for appointment. Driver called 30 minutes ahead letting me know he was on his way. Driver offered to take a stack of extra pallets we had back to the terminal so we didn't have to worry about getting rid of them. From a customer perspective they did great!

Pretty smooth operations. I arrive at 5:45pm with a 6pm appt which it does say don't arrive until 15mins till your appt.The ladies in the office are amazing, willing to help and they don't ignore you. Other the less it took about an hour and half to load, paperwork was ready to go! I would definitely come back.

Arrived 4:15 no sign posted of truck entrance, guard wasnt not in his office so checked in with front desk. Appoint was at 5:00, when asked if I had spoken with guard, I tolded them there wasn't one at the station. I began checking in midway through the process the guard comes in and demands me to step outside. He started chewing me out because I had to check in with him first. I told him he wasn't there he argued with me that he was at his desk. If he was at his desk he would have noticed me enter the building, however he had spoken to my passenger and asked where I was.
