I've been going to Paice for years and normally have a great experience with them and they charge half of what the large tax prep businesses charge but this year has been an awful experience. Because of litigation with an employer I wasn't able to file my 2019 taxes on time. We filed an extension and the plan was to file my 2020 and 2019 taxes at the same time. The agent I normally see didn't have an opening so my appt was with a different preparer. He
immediately said they didn't get paid from my 2018 returns. I explained that I received my refund fine with no issues or offsets and hadnt heard

Did my complex taxes last year (2 jobs, 2 states, wife is self employed) and just glancing at my previous year (2018) taxes for references found that the 2018 tax company had done it incorrectly and corrected it giving me another $1400 back from the taxes they weren't even doing. Highly recommend for their knowledge and ease to work with.

We have had Dave do our taxes for years and he has always done a fantastic job. He is always up to date on taxes laws and explains them so we can understand them and make the correct decision.
