Desiree, Dr. Penne and the front desk team were exceptional! I've visited Blue Halo a total of 3 times now and each time I've been greeted by name, asked if I wanted anything to drink, and even encouraged to change into a robe to be more comfortable. The reason this is not a 5-star review is because there have been a few mistakes along the way. The first was when one of the appointments I made was moved up an hour without notice, I received a text the morning of that it was moved to 12:00pm (after calling, I learned this was an error). I don't like to assume why my service was what it was so I'll just stick to facts.
I called the spa 2 weeks before to enquire about their IV therapy treatments. I spoke to the staff member for 19 minutes to clarify what they could offer. Most of the call was me being placed on hold while she supposedly went to get the answer to the questions I had. So imagine my surprise when I showed up for my appointment and was finally told that the specific therapy I booked was NOT even

We tried to give this Spa a second chance after completely disappointing our group the first time. I was hoping to change this to a positive review ... now I wish we just kept our original spa appointments elsewhere. They treated us horrible. The actual massage was great.. I am not sure if they treated us like dirt because they canceled on us at the last minute and we complained or because the service is just that horrible. Nonetheless.. go to Z Salon or LeBliss.

Absolutely wonderful!! My husband gave me a gift certificate for a massage for my birthday and he could not have picked a better place! I've gone to several places around Louisville for a massage and no where has come close to Blue Halo. I've never been to a spa before but this was a real treat and close to home.
The ambiance and service were wonderful. They have personal lockers for all of your things and a very clean changing room complete with a shower if you want. You're provided with a comfy robe to lounge in while you wait. The "relaxation" room was cozy with drinks

I read the reviews on yelp and knew this would be a great place. Getting my eyebrows micro-bladed was something I had been wanting to do for a while. It was worth the wait in finding a qualified technician and a relaxing environment! It's been only a day and I've gotten numerous compliments on my brows. I have recommended Blue Halo and confirmed what others were talking about. It's worth the money for a little me time and to look and feel beautiful when you leave!

I absolutely love Blue Halo Med Spa. I have been coming here for about a year now. I love the weight loss program. I was extremely obese. On two blood pressure pills per day, 75 units of insulin , and 2000 milligrams of metformin every single day. In a year's time, I have lost approximately 80 pounds! Im still on blood pressure pills, but a lower dose, take 25 units of insulin and 500 milligrams of metformin. The results are astonishing!!. I feel like a brand new person!!! Now I'm healthier, I walk 5 miles a day. I'm no longer out of breath going up flights of stairs. I feel great

Tried Blue Halo spa today and was not disappointed. My mom purchased a deep tissue massage as a belated birthday gift for me.
The staff was very friendly and the place is beautiful. I have alot of trap pain so the massage I received was wonderful! I left feeling much better than I arrived.
I highly recommend this place.
